Mack Beggs is back. He's still wrestling, still competing for a state championship and still undefeated. And he's still wrestling against the girls. It's just been a lot quieter since last year when his march to a state championship was dogged by a last-minute lawsuit that tried to stop him and boos from the crowd when his hand was raised as the victor. The senior from Euless Trinity High School near Dallas is transgender and in the process of transitioning from female to male. It was his steroid therapy treatments while wrestling girls that stirred a fierce debate about competitive fairness and transgender rights last season. He's still taking steroids, which his mother said are just strong enough to create a wisp of facial hair and stop the menstrual cycle but not build muscle.

From female to male. Wondering how they do that.
Does this hybrid get to compete as a male, or as a female? It matters. After all, there are two teams: male and female. The two teams exist because it would not be “fair” to have a male on the female team (implied truth, that no one dares say: males are on average much stronger than females.)
That’s so binary!
But I thought that “gender” was a spectrum, with an infinite number of variations! That it was possible to “transition” from one to another with no problem!
I hope there are more of these “transitioning” things playing for the wrong team, and winning. They are only taking advantage of the current mania.

One more: why is it when you "transition from male to female" you get to compete against females, but when you "transition from female to male" you get to compete against females. Seems like a bit of confusion (you know, just a little, tiny bit).
Leaving the gender issue aside, why should ANYONE get to compete while taking performance-enhancing drugs?
She can't change the 'X' chromosome to a 'Y' chromosome.
She can't change the hip 'Q' angle.
She can't change the shoulder width.
And, she can't make the new 'junk' work like God-given 'junk'.
