This is absolutely stunning.
In Broward County, Florida, which includes Parkland where the 17 murders took place, these serious behaviors will NOT result in suspension or expulsion or notification to the police for students under 18. Instead they receive warnings, lectures and possible stern scolding!
This is the result of an agreement of the schools, the police, the Prosecutors, and the Courts.
No approval was sought from the parents.
The infractions include -ALL STUDENT MISBEHAVIOR and these non-violent infractions:
1. Disrupting or Interfering with class
2. Fighting in a public place
3. Theft if less than $300
4. Vandalism damages < $1,000
5. Disorderly conduct
6. Trespassing, Loitering or Prowling
7. Criminal Mischief
8. Gambling
9. Harrassment or Threats
10. Alcohol -all related offenses
11. Possession of Cannabis
Drug Paraphernalia
12. Obstructing Justice without Violence
When there are no consequences for bad behavior, there is no reason why not to engage in bad behavior.
It can only escalate.
The gun grabbers and hack politicians didn’t have the decency to wait until the victims got the dignified burials they deserved. Couldn’t even wait until the Broward Cty ME’s office received the bodies. While the victims were still in the school bleeding out they started exploiting this tragedy for al it’s worth. The opportunists are lower than whale shiite. These ghouls have spontaneous orgasms whenever these things happen. Never let a crisis go to waste, indeed. What’s a little collateral damage, it’s for a greater good. >:(
i was watching on the news when they showed a bunch of kids protesting in front of the WH- they were interviewing one kid and in the back there was a big sign that read “FREE TIBET!!”
during the Iraq war i protested with a group called protest warrior- or i should say we counter protested the “peace protests” of the time...the peace protests were nothing more than bitch sessions against America...i’m sure this will be much the same...
