Oh, well, they wouldn’t be the liberal media without dishing out total trash about gun politics. Take this lie about their favorite punching bag, the National Rifle Association. The lefty outlet Think Progress and others tried to smear the NRA for training Florida shooter Nikolas Cruz:
Nikolas Cruz, the 19-year-old who charged with murdering 17 people at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High, honed his marksmanship skills in a school program supported by the NRA. Cruz was, according to the Associated Press, a member of the school’s four-person varsity marksmanship team, which received a $10,000 grant from the NRA in 2016.
The marksmanship team was part of the schools’ JROTC program. On the team, Cruz trained with “air rifles special-made for target shooting, typically on indoor ranges at targets the size of a coin.”
Cruz discussed his AR-15 with other team members and was given the nickname “Wolf.” Another member of the team described him as “a very good shot.”

Many people believe their lies, hook, line, and sinker. When you advise them they have been misinformed they become angry. Their anger is directed not at the liars, but at he who points out how they have been duped. The can not admit they were wrong. If a liberal admits he is wrong...even once... his whole narritive goes out the window. He would have to aknowledge the flaws in his thinking. He simply can not do that.

Does anyone have actual facts about the Hogg kid? I’ve seen all sorts of suppositions about who he may be but nothing certain. Is he 16 or is he 19? Did transfer to this school? Did he graduate from a high school in CA last year?
The US Army has trained millions on M-16’s, but did they train to shoot kids in school? Did the Army JROTC train their members to shoot fellow students? When I was in HS we had 22’s, single shot Remingtons and yet no students were shot in all the years that the team existed. I’m starting to wonder if there is a drug connection involved, since these all seem to appear after mom and dad put their kids on all sorts of medicines to control them. The other question is, did the drugs parents took have some effect on their new born’s systems like the thalidomide days?

50 years ago in my JROTC days we all had to qualify using 22cal match rifles on competition targets on our 50 foot range. Our school, which was all JROTC, had a nationally recognized rifle team. We also had to successfully diasassemble clean and reassemble M1s, M1 Carbines, and by table group a BAR. So I guess the JROTC has become more woke by using air rifles.
They’re pushing this Florida shooter thing so hard because they know that Mueller and the Russia Russia Russia story is collapsing.
