Former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin offered comments about Wednesdays mass murder at a Florida high school when she spoke with Breitbart Newss Senior Editor-at-Large Rebecca Mansour on SiriusXMs Breitbart News Tonight on Friday. Its not a Second Amendment gun issue at all, Palin said, adding, What needs to be discussed is the failure of the FBI.
Incompetence at the FBI not agitation against the Second Amendment should be a national focus related to the mass shooting in Florida, said Palin.
Adding to that assertion, Palin stated, What needs to be discussed is the failure of the FBI. This kid who murdered all these innocent people could not have waved more red flags in front of law enforcements face all those things that he did with posts, with his threats. Law enforcement called 39 times in the last number of years at his familys home. There were so many red flags. Im embarrassed for the FBI. The rank and file guys and gals, they work so hard. Its the top brass. Its a matter of priorities in the FBI, and thats where I think the discussion needs to go.

Americas police led by Obamas/Clintons FBI/DOJ!
Thanks to Bon Mots for the above.
we all have to thank obama for repurposing America for its demise.

We have both parties to thank for the Kenyanesian Usurpation.
They had to take down Palin, she was going to get McCain elected and that was not the plan.
Failed Bureau of Investigation
IT IS NOT AND I REPEAT NOT POLITICALLY CORRECT TO NOTICE THEM!!!
To Sarah and Laz, the dumbass fbi agent in Miss, that got a screen shot with NIKOLAS CRUZ as the sender and failed to find him? They didn't look.
A 5 minute fbi database search against gun owners would have turned the name and location of this maniac {no warrant required}.
I'm tired of hearing about the 'hard working' rank and file fbi guys and gals, they are, in the end, gummint employees that leave work early, cheat on their expense reports and taxes and cheat on their spouses.
Spare me the hand wringing for them and tell me who is going to get fired for the 17 dead kids?
:)
true enough...
The local authorities failed even worse than the FBI. They actually interacted with the shooter dozens of times, and had enough accumulated intel on the guy to warrant greater scrutiny, or even detention and psychological evaluation.
Local law enforcement’s interactions with Nicholas Cruz should have triggered some kind of process that could have resulted in his containment, or restrained him in some way.
Instead of being proactive, the local authorities were reactive, resulting in the horror of this mass shooting.
Sure, the FBI blew it, but nowhere near as bad as the locals did.
Heres why Niko was never busted at school:

Here are the opening Wherases in the document! I am underewhelmed! They call the end result sought as COMMON SENSE DISCIPLINE!
I don’t know about you but my butt cheeks tighten whenever a government official starts talking about COMMON SENSE, because they have little or none of it!
Somewhere the idea of the protection of the student body is left out!
WHEREAS, the parties acknowledge that law enforcement plays an essential role in maintaining safety in the community. However, the use of arrests and referrals to the criminal justice system may decrease a students chance of graduation, entering higher education, joining the military, and getting a job.
WHEREAS, in the 2011-2012 school year, the Department of Juvenile Justice reported 1,062 school-related arrests in Broward County, the highest number in the state. 71% of these arrests were for misdemeanor offenses. Over half of those students had never been referred to the Juvenile Justice System before.
WHEREAS, across the country, students of color, students with disabilities and LGBTQ students are disproportionately impacted by school-based arrests for the same behavior as their peers.
WHEREAS, The Florida Legislature encourage[s] schools to use alternatives to expulsion or referral to law enforcement agencies by addressing disruptive behavior through restitution, civil citation, teen court, neighborhood restorative justice, or similar programs and has instructed school districts that zero-tolerance policies are not intended to be rigorously applied to petty acts of misconduct and misdemeanors, including, but not limited to, minor fights or disturbances.
WHEREAS, with a joint commitment to ending school-based arrests for minor misbehavior, school districts and law enforcement agencies across the country have improved school safety, school engagement and academic achievement. The parties to this agreement are confident that by working together, they can return Broward County Public Schools to a culture of common sense discipline that allows all students to enjoy a safe and effective education.
