How is it possible for the host of network TV show to be so confused about such a basic legal concept?
On her MSNBC show today, Joy Reid asked MSNBC legal expert Danny Cevallos whether the payments to Stormy Daniels and Karen McDougal were bribes.
Cevallos managed not to laugh, gently explaining to Reid that one of the key elements in any bribery case is government involvement. Citizens, regular private folks, can generally bribe each other. Its a different issue if theyre extorting or blackmailing. Thats illegal. But its official conduct, its anything of value for some official conduct in return. Thats the critical analysis in any bribery case.

Trumps attorney opped the bid to $130K to decline the offer,
Trump was not involved
How do we know this?
Trump would have offered her $250K to proudly proclaim - “best sex I ever had”
“Shes paid to be clueless.
In that respect, MSNBC is getting their moneys worth.”
LOL. If she is being paid to be clueless, she should get a big raise.
Has it been established anywhere that DJT gave her one red cent?
Mom?
She’s bribed to be clueless. Maybe someone should investigate. /s
Joy Reid is as stupid as she is mean and ugly. She’s a perfect example of a hateful ignorant left tard who can’t see the forest for the trees. The only reason she hangs on to her pitful show is because she’s a black woman.
She is the black counterpart to a white, Joy Behar, who is exactly the same mentally decrepit, leftist, lunatic on The View!
That reminds me of the scene in "Cobb" where an elderly, impotent Ty Cobb gives a hooker $1000 to say that.
Cobb wanted "bragging rights" even though he couldn't "perform" anymore.
I DON’T CARE WHO TRUMP HAS F-—ED!
