A foreseeable act of mass murder and terrorism just wiped out 17 innocent lives and ripped apart countless families. Besides the obvious psychopathic killer-Cruz, who should be held accountable for their actions and gross malfeasance?
In descending order of the most current events, take your pick(s):
1. The FBI- Notified twice they had a ticking time bomb in the shell of a man, ready to detonate at any moment. They had been made aware of his name, address, intent to kill- specifically at a school, that he had the means to kill masses, and that he was brazenly proud and demonstrative of his ability to harm others. And he had documented interaction with LEO.
2. The Broward Sheriff's Office- They had been called 39 times to Cruz's residence and dealt with him, his mother and his transgressions against his neighbors. He was a continuous threat and menace to society and should have been subject to juvenile delinquent interventions or The Baker Act if not actually arrested on multiple occasions. They failed to protect the community despite numerous opportunities to intervene.
3. The Broward County School Board - (A) In 2013, the Broward School Board instituted a sanctuary program that hides at-risk violent juvenile delinquents from law enforcement to the detriment of the rest of the school and community. It is the opposite of a Zero-tolerance policy. (B) Broward School Board for mainstreaming an abnormal child in need of specialized emotional, psychiatric and educational support to the detriment of the rest oh his classmates, teachers and school
Perhaps we need to round up all of the leftists and put them in the nuthouse; there seems to be a higher than normal of incidence of sociopathy among them.
Good post.
And the Godless, leftist teachers union culture in government schools.
Thanks.
When you start with ‘a bad seed’ and it is mistakably ‘misplanted’ it can eventually choke out the surrounding healthy plants unless the garden is carefully weeded.

Cruz.
It appears the school did everything within their limited powers.
They restricted him (banned his backpack).
Eventually expelling him.
The doors have to be unlocked at dismissal time.
Many many people followed the “see something say something”
This is definitely someone who “should” have been on a list to flag a gunshop from selling to him (a history of death threats? But no criminal status as a felon?)
And of course - once again - the FBI was given more than enough warning.
I haven’t really been following the story and so I don’t know all the details, and don’t really care to anymore, but was the school a “gun free zone”? If it was, then that’s your real “No. 1” blame. These atrocities will never stop until we put armed people in our schools to protect the innocent, regardless of who else “starts doing their job” outside of the scrool.
Similar but we adopted 2 at the same time to try to double chances of success
Detective Colombo Knows and Perry Mason will Convict them.
Add whoever instituted the no guns on campus policy. We could have had a living hero who stopped the threat and saved lives, rather than a dead hero who took bullets shielding kids.
Since I've designated "everything" as my preference, I don't notice these little faux pas.
The list is long and includes many. Maybe you, maybe me.
I should BE cut up. At my weight that would feed a small African village :)
That’s exactly what one of his football players said. Most of the carnage could have been avoided had coach/security been armed.
Probably cant keep up with the overload
Plus poster is rather newish
I remember the ACLU changing the laws regarding the confinement of the mentally ill, it was sometime in the 1970s. After that time there was a big problem with many mentally ill people roaming the streets with no one to take care of them.
