The administration should begin resettling the most violent of these refugees in neighborhoods where these judges live and around the schools where these judges children attend. The conspirators MUST experience the consequences of their actions.

What a disgusting opinion ignoring reality and endangering the United States and going on about this nonsense that 6 of the countries are majority Muslim, as if there is no problem with islamic terrorism And when all of the countries involved are not even Muslim. How disgusting and sickening. And saying that you cannot keep foreigners out because of the establishment clause! I thought the Supreme Court already settled this crapp.

The 4th is the new 9th

Excellent idea. Trump must have ICE resettle these people in Georgetown, Aspen, Hollywood, and on the Upper East Side.

From the opinion p. 38, "they have presented evidence that the violation is particular to them: they have articulated specific feelings of “marginalization and exclusion,” ...and they are facing prolonged separation from family members deemed categorically ineligible to enter the country."

So I have standing to sue every time my feelings are hurt? Or people have a right to sue because those to whom they have feelings of attachment are barred from immigrating?

Under this determination is their any constitutional law regarding immigration other than come one, come all, and anyone who cannot afford passage across the oceans or cannot afford to live here we will pay for your passage, give you a welcoming party when you arrive and give you clothing food and shelter and walking around money.

This is insane!

That would work, but I’d also like to add something. I’d like to see a GoFundMe account set up. Purpose of the fund would be to raise enough money to send the children of these savages to private schools everywhere these judges and their ilk, live. Namely, I’d love to raise enough money to show up at Sidwell Friends School with about 20 of them, at various ages. Have a film crew or two there. And, confront the person in charge, explain that tuition is covered and all these innocent children want is a chance, as that is why they are here. Let’s see how fast that doors gets slammed. And I’d like to find out where all the kids of these politicians go and drop refugees and DACA kids in all those schools.

And of course, no school official can ask how old any of the ‘kids’ are ...

Ever notice how there’s no mosques in Manhattan, they’re all in Brooklyn and Queens. Plop on on the Upper East Side, with it’s sizeable Jewish population. Let’s see how that works out.

Obama tossed this court. It used to be one of the more conservative ones, now it’s vying with the 9th for most idiotic.

I’ve been saying for a long time now that everyone who supports this unfettered immigration lives zip codes away from the people whose resettling they support. The only time THOSE people go into the sacred zips is to mow their lawns and clean their toilets.

These judges are based in Richmond, VA, but come from MD/VA/NC/WV. Between Obama and Clinton the formerly fairly conservative circuit has gone into competition with the 9th.
