How about WE start pushing back on Mental Illness?? IIRC, it was the Libs that pushed for those with mental illness to be able to reject treatment/detainment for their illness. We need to be able to detain people who put terrorist videos on their social media pages. This 19 year old was well known to the school and law enforcement officials.
