Obstructionist judges should be disbarred. They have no authority over the constitutional duties of the President.

I hope the USSC will take the case. They haven’t been taking some cases that I wish they would lately. I think they can only take so many cases a year. Something like 10. Such a hard job.../sarc.

How can any judge rule on DACA?
-It was never a bill in Congress.
-Although Obama stated that he had a phone and a pen, and implied that he would do an executive order, he never actually did one.
DACA is just an imaginary law that never existed except in the minds of the liberals.

Dems got so close to destroying the country. Just imagine if Hillary won
* Courts (including SC) packed with judges who think unconstitutional EOs are the law forever
* Hillary issues more EOs than all other presidents combined and rewrites the Constitution with support of the courts.

FBI and DOJ would improve their methods to stop a republican from becoming president - they wouldn’t fail next time and EOs would eliminate congressional oversight.

Congress would be useless with the other 2 branches ruling together. It’s easy to see why the DNC hasn’t cared about losing so many congressional and state seats over the last few elections - they almost made the president a dictatorship that selected it’s judges and successors allowing them to rule with the consent of LA, SanFran, NYC and a few other areas, but nobody else.

My home state, FL, was one of twenty-eight or so states that challenged Obamacare to the Supremes.

Before that, FL challenged Obamacare in a district court and it was found unconstitutional.

Outside of conservative media at the time: crickets.

Why not appeal to the Supreme Court? Wouldn’t this hare-brained decision be reversed?

After Robert’s contortions to rule Obamacare constitutional, I would’s count on SCOTUS doing the right thing.

If the DACA kids every get citizenship a left wing judge will use that as a precedent to grant amnesty to all illegals.

I wonder if the never Trumpers and GOPe are proud of themselves?

Good comment!

Only Democrats can get away with making up imaginary laws. The Constitution means nothing to them.

I’m with you there. The way I see it, they will always owe me. It’s time for the IRS to start giving back to the community.

How does this work? How does a judge uphold breaking the law?

He doesn’t. This game has already proven to just be annoying....

I thought the daca thin was set to simply expire? In that case, how does a judge block a law from expiring?

Congress would be useless with the other 2 branches ruling together.

************

Congress would become nothing more than a convenient scapegoat for anything that went wrong. That would become its only “function”.

And congress would be closely montiored by the subservient FBI/DOJ (and their allies in the media) just to keep them line.

We have seen the designs and machinations of the ruling cabal. The Deep State is a very real and present danger to our Republic.

We must drain the swamp before its muck and quicksand engulf us.
