Dwayne Dixon, a leader of the left-wing Redneck Revolt militia group, admitted to chasing Charlotesville driver James Fields with a rifle shortly before Fields allegedly crashed into a group of protesters, killing Heather Heyer, on August 12, 2017.
Why did Dixon chase Fields before the crash? Big League Politics asked Dixon about this on the campus of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where Dixon works as a cultural anthropology professor.
The interview quickly went haywire, with Dixon attacking our cameraman and calling the police to report on “an intruder” on the public college campus:

Yes it does. It’s been said all along that is what happened from eye witnesses. The media doesn’t want it out because Charlottsville ordered the police to stand down and supposedly the McAullife administration did too. Antifa was to blame, but they don’t want that out.

If this is true, than it does change things. However, the video I saw involved the driver coming over a hill and crossing an intersection at high speed and ramming the crowd at a high enough speed to move three or four vehicles forward by a half car length.
James Fields can not find a lawyer per several news reports I saw 4 days ago............if this is true you would think a young lawyer would step up and take the case just to make a name for himself.........

If a leftist professor ever points a rifle at me in Charlottesvile it better be ready to use it, and it better pray its first shot is on target, because my response will be to fill it with so many .45 ACP rounds that it’s next of kin will mistake its corpse for a colander.
