And, who knows, he might be mixing his jizz into the paint!
If you compare the close up of that area of his head in the painting with a close up of a photo of him, you will see that the vein-sperm in the painting doesn’t look like his actual vein. The “artist” definitely added his own design to it.

For the sake of the nation’s history I think that every POTUS (even the ones I don’t like) should have a dignified portrait.
