If you’re not breaking any laws or doing anything immoral there’s not much that can be used against you.

There are so many laws and regulations that pretty much all of us are violating some of them all the time. Sometimes the "authorities" pop up out of nowhere to, for example, take someone's land for preposterous reasons because of some regulation that nobody even knew existed. For example from The Hill: "Andy Johnson had sued the EPA last year over about $16 million in fines that he had amassed for constructing a pond on his property without an EPA permit, in a creek that the agency said is subject to the Clean Water Act."

It brings to mind a quote from Ayn Rand's "Atlas Shrugged":
