KIM JONG-UN’S sister sat just six feet from Donald Trump’s vice president Mike Pence as nuclear tensions loomed over the opening ceremony at the Winter Olympics.

North Korea’s most powerful woman was sitting behind the VP as she sat with the South Korean president Moon Jae-in.
Kim’s Yo-jong shook hands with the leader him before taking her seat in the VIP box to watching incredible ceremony.
The 30-year-old is the youngest daughter of previous North Korean leader Kim Jong-il, and is a major force in Pyongyang.
She is the first member of the Kim family to visit the South since the Korean War.
Despite being dubbed the “Peace Olympics”, nuclear tensions continue to loom over the Korean Peninsula.
Pyongyang and Seoul marched together as a unified team, much to the delight of the Kim Yo-jong who waved with glee.
She is due to have a sit-down luncheon tomorrow with President Moon along with the rest of the North Korean delegation – including the man sat next to her Kim Yong-nam.
US officials have remained suspicious over Kim’s intentions as the North cosies up to the South over the Olympics.
Vice president Pence reportedly snubbed Kim Yong-nam at a pre-opening ceremony dinner in the hours before heading to the stadium.
He allegedly left after just five minutes after realising North Korean delegates were in attendance.
Trumps number two has talked tough as he arrived in the South, pledging to ramp up “maximum pressure” after the Olympics.

The old man sitting next to Kim Yo-jong (Kim Jong-il’s sister) was named but not identified.
He is Kim Yong-nam, the President of the Presidium of the Supreme People’s Assembly of North Korea, the “nominal head of state” of North Korea.
He anchors the Kim family and his presence is far more important than Kim Jong-il’s sister.
Just saw Otto Warmbier’s Dad @ the Olympics. Poor guy,his eyes had that, “What the hell was I thinking?” look.
I do actually wonder why he went.

Tiger, with the government they have now, is South Korea even an “ally” of ours at this point? Or are they allies with the North? Good grief.
I feel angry on behalf of Pence to confront this level of disloyalty and for America to be so disrespected. He specifically asked not to be seated next to Kim Jong Un’s family members? Terrible.
And the more I learn about the prior S. Korean president still being in jail on rather frivolous charges...the whole political situation in South Korea seems like a tragicomic disaster unfolding. Why hasn’t there been much motion on the part of American or international bodies to free the prior president?
I just don’t see how any action against the North is possible with the level of ridiculous behavior going on in Asia: China, So. Ko...don’t know much about Japan’s conduct re: this matter.

How many Norks will defect in the upcoming weeks?
229 ‘select’cheerleaders (that look like many of the gals in their army)... for just 22 participants in the events..plus dignitaries..........I doubt any.
I can’t imagine his suffering.
I would want to take a couple Norks out back and show em what’s for.
