When the Senate gets to a vote, the measure appears to have enough support to pass.

Does it have enough support to override a veto?

I’m beginning to think the Democrats are right when they say Republicans don’t know how to govern.

Sheesh, are government is a mess, our agencies are corrupt, our politicians are crooked.

Throw some people in jail before we raise spending because frankly the government hasn’t earned our trust.

Paul, a fiscal conservative, opposes the boost to military...

Has Mister Paul ever been a friend of our precious Military?

“In the House, both fiscal conservatives and liberals who sought a deal to protect young immigrants from deportation threatened the plan’s passage. On Thursday morning, House Speaker Paul Ryan said he believed his chamber had enough support to approve it. “

If baseline budgeting is still going on, budget caps are a joke. And Paul knows it.

The Republican party only talks about fiscal sanity when they’re in the minority and don’t have to actually DO anything.

Rand Paul is right.

I also just heard that it eliminates reconciliation and that it has Obamacare “fixes” in it. This is an abomination.

I don’t agree with Rand all the time, but he is right now. To bad Ryan isn’t right or right anymore.

I thought we were supposed to be the party of limited government. We’re supposed to be the constitutionalists. Why are FReepers attacking Rand Paul for standing up for our principles? Good for him.

We have too much government anyway. I stand with Rand.
