Full title: Attkisson: Journalists "Begging" Not To Be Told About Surveillance Abuses; "Propagandists" In Newsrooms
Investigative reporter Sharyl Attkisson said she has never seen the number of supposed open government groups and journalists "so uncurious and begging" not to be told about alleged or supposed violations of citizens rights.
In an interview with Tucker Carlson on the Tuesday edition of his FOX News show, the veteran journalist said "propagandists" have been invited into newsrooms to dictate "talking points de jour," making it more difficult to do unbiased reporting.
Attkisson also talked about intelligence agencies introducing "bad evidence" to obtain a FISA warrant or using a "reverse engineering" method to surveil someone else who is not the target.

This is not just a violation of citizen’s rights. It was an attempt to fix the election. It did not work, but they tried nevertheless.
The left is just tooling us and the media is so corrupt and biased that the arrogant swampers that commit felonies know they are untouchable. The only way we will ever see any justice is through the ballot box. The silent majority of Americans must rise up and vote out the scum starting now.
But as Charlie Daniels wrote in his essay today, “the truth has a strange way of coming out anyway because it is indestructible.”
Ping to Sharyl’s List Upchuck :)
The more I hear about this, the more it reminds me of the Pedophile Catholic priest scandal. People just don’t want to know the truth because it is so big and is destructive to both their institution and self-image.
Here is something everyone needs to understand, even here at FR...
This doesn’t MATTER. The MEDIA, doesn’t MATTER.
When the law does, what it’s supposed to do, JUSTICE IS SERVED.
It’s coming, Trump is going to take a baseball bat to the face of corruption and thereby DRAG the media into covering this.
ACLU supposedly took down their webpage calling for reform of the FISA court.
That’s about all you need to know right there.
95% of the “Press” in America is Socialist/Marxist, they are propagandist, anyone that is surprised by their lack of interest in Democrat crimes is naive.
So funny! We want reform unless it makes our political party look bad!
Imagine the media’s reaction if Trump was caught spying on “dreamers”
The media organizations are mostly Democratic PACs, and that can be objectively proven. They go by the same talking points, push the same narratives, and use the same language, like “undocumented immigrant.” The MSM organizations have talked about the FISA court abuses just as Dems have, adopting their viewpoints.
<< “ There is little honest reporting by the media today. “ >>
Yes, that’s true.
For example, this is a story that perky Dana Perino would not want to ever seriously cover. Perky Dana is the best triangulater of them all, seemingly above engaging anything really nefarious with any depth.
She can deliver even bad news with music in her voice. It’s kind of funny.
“ACLU supposedly took down their webpage calling for reform of the FISA court.
Thats about all you need to know right there.”
This one?
"Paid forces cleverly shape virtually every image you cross. Maybe you read that Donald Trump is a racist misogynist, or saw someone on the news mocking the Bernie Sanders campaign. The trick of the Smear is that it is often based on some shred of truth, but these media-driven "hit pieces" are designed to obscure the truth. Success hinges on the Smear artists ability to remain invisible; to make it seem as if their work is neither calculated nor scripted. It must appear to be precisely what it is not."
America needs to apply federal antitrust legislation to the corporate monopolies the control bar too much of our media. Anything that purports to be news cannot be owned by a media corporate conglomerate like General Electric, Microsoft.
She was a knockout yesterday morning on Fox & Friends. Classy, beautiful and a talented professional. Great role model for young women.
