Sessions is not the best man for the job, far from it. POTUS said yesterday Christie would have been better.

I now believe that this is misinformation. I know it sounds implausible at first, but think about.

Trump is playing the media and his enemies.

Trump is pretending to be angry with Sessions, and Sessions is pretending to be a man asleep and afraid.

I used to be furious with Sessions, but no more. Time will tell.

Where is all the money coming from? Who is bought off? Who is a stooge? Who is really pulling the strings? What happens if the money is seized and frozen?

I disagree with y0ur analysis of Sessions. I think he is doing a good job otherwise he would be gone.

One of the issues in this overall investigation is that there is a spectacular amount of information and wrongdoing and it would be difficult to understand if it all came out at once. So, it is being timed to provide the electorate time to understand just what has been done.

Trump is the spokesman for this administration and he controls the release of information. When Sessions speaks it has been vetted by the WH. I suspect Mueller is the point of focus now and after he closes his investigation other announcements will be made as the other announcements will be made and then highlighted by Trump. He is keeping Mueller in the spotlight, which is appropriate.

Trump is a very skilled communicator and he knows what he is doing. All of it will come out in the end but it will take a while to release and act upon what is known to be true.

Yep, the WashPost admitted last April that Page was surveilled in July 2016, around the time they were allegedly turned down. The WashPost lies about everything of course, but their source must have told them about the warrant application and not that it was turned dow or that they surveilled anyway. At that point (last April) the Post still had the narrative that Page/Trump were in bed with the Russians

Now we know by October 2016 they got the approval to surveil Page and that probably included Trump Tower (I believe Trump). Now the WashPost spin has to change a bit: Page was a Russian devil and needed to be surveilled and it's part of the Trump/Russia pattern. Of course the wiretapping found nothing. Any prior illegal surveillamce (if you believe the Post April 2017 story) found nothing.
