It is transparently clear that Carter Page was the Under-Cover Employee (UCE) of the FBI in the 2013 case. Carter Page was working for the FBI. However, in 2017 the New York Times, using information from “a former intelligence official“, conflates that fact. Heck, the NY Times tries to entirely change the relationship between Carter Page and the FBI.
Why?
Because on October 21st 2016 the FBI claimed to a FISA Court; to gain a “Title I” surveillance warrant; that Carter Page was working on behalf of a foreign government.

If Carter Page was working as an UCE (FBI undercover employee), responsible for the bust of a high level Russian agent in 2013 -and remained a UCE- throughout the court case UP TO May of 2016, how is it possible that on October 21st 2016 Carter Page is put under a FISA Title 1 surveillance warrant as an alleged Russian agent?
Conclusion: He wasn’t. The DOJ National Security Division and the FBI Counterintelligence Division flat-out LIED.

The entire FISA Title I surveillance authority over Carter Page was cover, most likely retroactive cover, for the DOJ and FBI conducting surveillance on the Trump campaign.

Watched Laura Ingraham interview Page last night. He is the most unimpressive individual I have seen in years. I cannot imagine Trump tolerating his presence for very long.
1. If Page worked for the FBI they knew he wasn’t a spy. Yet they used that accusation to justify getting FISA to surveill him.
Or
2. He was their operative planted intentionally on Trump’s team in order to justify surveillance. Iow, a set-up

Carter Page was smiling like someone “Winning” on Ingram, and it would look pretty bad if something happened to him now. I’m hoping he’s a good guy and stays safe.
If any 4D Chess is in play, perhaps this step by step exposure (so the public can keep up and adjust) of what has really been going on, is being managed and timed and scripted by a talented entertainer who is at the same time waging a history changing war behind the scenes. With help.

It turns out that according to the Post's master propagandist Phillip Bump, the surveillance of Page was definitely NOT part of the surveillance of Trump because Page had left the campaign a month before the warrant was approved. The Post would never lie. The FBI did NOT use a fraudulently obtained warrant to surveil Trump a month before the election. The Post would never lie.

There doesn't need to be such explicit language or thought process for that to happen. Remember that Stroke, McCabe etc are fairly smart. Not good people but smart. They can arrange for Carter Page to meet with the Trump team somehow.

Well, I hope it’s enough of them to make the rest worry more about saving themselves, than about deciding our destiny for us.
The intel services used to regularly debrief business people and acedemics returning from long duration trips to Russia. IMO fineness his navy intel background he probably was debriefed and recruited as an asset in the cited case before 2014. Unless one hand did not know what the other was doing at FBI which is very unlikely they used his CI work as evidence he was a Ruskie operative. If nothing else this alone should put people in jail.
