Didn’t George proudly head up the Bimbo Squad?

How does someone like THAT get to be ABC’s most “respected” Journalist?

Wallace gets paid lots of money to say what he says. Someone in Fox thinks he is worth it. Do we learn anything from Wallace? It is easy to predict his rhetoric. Lots of attorneys play the same game. After all these years, it is easy to size talking heads up. They are predictable. They continue to get paid large sums of money to talk.

I’m sorry but I’ve always loved tilapia. Mileage does, of course, vary.

However, out of three fish I’ve had from the home meals, the cod was absolutely the best of all. Thick, flakey, perfectly cooked.....

They send me shrimp every week, WILD shrimp, which DOES taste so much better than farm raised shrimp.

God put shrimp on earth to feed us all. And it is a form of shellfish as is beloved in Merryland.

“Trout right to the smoker... Yummo!”

On our way to Chitna we would stop at a lake that was mostly frozen over. We’d bust up the crystal clear ice for our freezers we hauled on a flat bed trailer. Then we’d fish for a while and end up with a mess of Rainbows. Then it was Rainbows over a fire with scrambled eggs, fried potatoes with onions. And beer. Life was good back then. Sure do miss those days.

In the FBI, certified by Comey and McCabe. From the DOJ, DAG Yates, Acting DAG Boente, and DAG Rosenstein. Seems the system is set up so Director of FBI (McCabe was Acting Director) certifies, and DAG approves. Other possibilities are allowed, but those are the default offices for certification and approval.

-- ... the approval process is 99.98%. It is just a perfunctory exercise, which is why it needs to be changed. --

Judges are ill equipped to judge whether or not a person is an agent of a foreign power. They are good at fitting fact allegations to crimes, but not so good at matching fact allegations with being an agent of a foreign power.

The root violator here is the FBI. It can fabricate "might be an agent of a foreign power" with very thin fact basis. Call out of the country? You might be an agent of a foreign power. Travel out of the country? You might be an agent of a foreign power. What is the fact basis to challenge that? What is the fact threshold for probable cause a person is an agent of a foreign power? The secret court will not say. The standard for that determination is classified.

Have you read the recent opinions and orders from FISC? Interesting stuff. http://www.fisc.uscourts.gov/public-filings

Look what the FBI is doing down in Las Vegas. They are either incompetent or corrupt and covering something up. Looks like a sting gone bad, but who even has a clue?

Who killed Seth Rich (in the hospital)?

-- I want to know if the judge even reads all the submissions to court! Do they base their judgments only on what is said and evidence given during trial? Is the stuff submitted but not used in trial read by the judge? --

Supposedly yes, but I can point to some ridiculous allegations by cops and prosecutors that passes as "sufficient" by the courts. Systematic corruption of the intent of the law is rampant at all levels, not just the federal level.

A decision to approve or reject an applicaiton for a warrant assumes all allegations before the judge, in the application, are true. The cop swears "know or believe" to ever word. The function of the judge is to test thos allegations against the standard of "probable cause", in a criminal case, probable cause a crime is afoot. In a FISA case, probable cause the target is an agent of a foerign power.

Generally yes, a judge sees everything, and the trial is a scripted event using a fraction of the evidence.

They can’t hide their Lying eyes. It is easier to read talking points and play it safe. The talking heads have to do what works to survive in the business. They are Taking Care of Business everyday. When they do not follow the company rules they are fired. Someone approves the propaganda they spew.

Hmmmmm. Is there some law that men must wear suits to mass?

Recall this is a church located on a beach. About half of the people wear dressy clothes but nowhere near all.

I, of course, always wear nice clothes, fashionable, and folks, allow me....

Since June of 2016 my hair has been permed and styled as spiral curls.

It was on my bucket list and one of my finest features, once upon a time, was a head full of thick, lustrous hair.

It did not work, that spiral perm. If you had time to spend an hour on styling it looked nice but my original intent was to be able to go through my hair with a hair pick and look beautiful.

Cost me two hundred bucks but I got all the spiral perm cut out (I looked like Bozo most of the time). I then had it colored because I didn’t color my hair these past six months and it was ugly steely grey. I then had my entire head hair highlighted.

At mass yesterday I sat next to a former member of our choir, by chance.

Boy this guy lied like a rug but I must smile.

He was evidently trying to impress me but liars do not impress me.

One thing he said (there were a bunch but for example) was that when our priest, who was officiating at a mass for a deceased choir member, dropped dead right on the sacristy.

“Father Mark died in my arms,” he told me.

Heh.

He most certainly did not. I was about three feet from Father Mark when he died and this former choir member was nowhere around.

Couple of other braggie things but you may insert smile here.

Here I am old but now with decent looking hair and still the men try to impress me.

Heh.

And someday I will tell you about the pinochle guys.
