FACE THE NATION (CBS): Rep. Trey Gowdy, R-S.C.; Dr. Anthony Fauci, the National Institutes of Health's infectious disease chief.
THIS WEEK (ABC): Reps. Adam Schiff, D-Calif., and Will Hurd, R-Texas.
STATE OF THE UNION (CNN): Sen. Dick Durbin, D-Ill.; Reps. Jim Himes, D-Conn., Brad Wenstrup, R-Ohio, and Karen Bass, D-Calif.
I saw that as well. It was infuriating. However, my ire and frustration was not just directed at Swalwell, but at Tucker, too. He simply does not have the skills necessary to handle guests like that.
He lets them constantly interrupt him and talk all over him. Unfortunately, Tucker's little shtick of looking puzzled and baffled, while letting them dominate the conversation is not effective with guests like that.
Attorneys often review the shows before they air. FOX management is different than CNN. Everyone is stressed and nervous. They want to pretend they are fair and balanced when they all have an Agenda. The bottom line is ratings and selling commercials. They must make a profit. If they mislead the viewers, certain viewer will not forget.

Do you think the FBI has proof that Page was knowingly engaged "in clandestine intelligence activities for or on behalf of a foreign power." Where's the proof? There would have been no warrant if Page had not joined the Trump campaign as an unpaid volunteer.

He served in the Navy for five years, including a tour in western Morocco as an intelligence officer for a United Nations peacekeeping mission. In 1994, he completed a master of arts degree in National Security Studies at Georgetown University.
Page has an ongoing law suit against Yahoo news and Huffpost for slander re the dossier. He is now updating the suit. Page filed a 400-page defamation lawsuit against Yahoo and the Huffington Post in September over a story that claimed he was under investigation for meeting Russian officials who meddled in the 2016 presidential election.
The FBI began monitoring Page in 2013. Was a FISA warrant used then? If so, I have no idea when it stopped or ever stopped before the October 2016 FISA warrant, which I assume was an entirely new one.
There is no doubt IMO that the Page FISA warrant was a pretext to justify spying on the Trump campaign and transition teams, and as the sitting President. Page was interviewed by the committees. Have those transcripts been released?

There are lots of people who do not understand the meaning of American Women. The Guess Who is from Canada. It was a big protest song to stop the war in Vietnam. If we substituted American Liberal the song would work. I do not like the song either, but it is catchy if you change the words. There has to be away to penetrate the ignorance of people who cannot see the light of day. It makes a grown man cry!
If the fact that four judges were involved is due to a baked in rotation process, I can buy that. As I have pointed out as well as you, the approval process is 99.98%. It is just a perfunctory exercise, which is why it needs to be changed.

Exactly what Gowdy said today. Judges do not do independent investigations.
I want to know if the judge even reads all the submissions to court! Do they base their judgments only on what is said and evidence given during trial? Is the stuff submitted but not used in trial read by the judge?
This is important to me so if anyone can answer, please do.
