I recently read that one of the current problems in railroad safety is that the National Transportation Safety Board has been without a director for quite some time now because the Dems refuse to confirm Trump’s pick for the position. My info is that Chuckie Schumer has a hold on the nomination because the Administration is not giving an automatic 'green light' to his desire for another Hudson River tunnel into NYC. Can someone give Chuckie a crayon to go away? Green color maybe?

It’s pretty disgusting. I hope some GOPers will call attention to this and focus on Schumer’s disgraceful obstructionism in a matter which affects not only the immediate safety of the riders but the public perception of the safety of rail travel in general.
