FOX News legal analyst Gregg Jarrett went on with Sean Hannity on Friday night after the release of the House Intelligence FISA memo.
Jarrett said his sources told him Rod Rosenstein threatened the House Intelligence Committee members three weeks ago.

I don’t know how much more ammo they’re going to give to Trump to fire Rosenstein...but with this, I doubt he makes it through Tuesday.
If this report is true, surely Sessions has been informed by the committee which would make Sessions either completely inept or complicit since he has not already terminated Rosenstein.
Now that this is alleged, members of the committee will be asked to confirm, and we’ll know the answer shortly.

Ditto. If true, then Nunes truly is a true patriot with a backbone to match. He has done a ‘face job’ on Rosenstein and is very publicly saying put your money where your mouth is.
Any attempt at retaliation will be grounds for firing. Perhaps this is part of Sessions referral to the IG for verification. I believe Sessions overreacted by recusing, if so our friend rosie may have opened the door to redemption for Jeff Sessions to step through. One can hope.
Actually, I read about this a few weeks ago, right here. It was little more than rumor at the time. Now, Jarrett has gone on record with a “sources said” report, it’s more likely to be true.

if true, this is exactly the abuse of power we are talking about, the exact abuse of power that sorely needs to be routed out and dealt with. And while we’re dealing with little napoleons, we need to change that public employee union pension law that governs loss of pension from ‘finally’ convicted (whatever that is supposed to mean) to ‘convicted’.
If this happened it is criminal abuse of office. I am sick and tired of this damned jeff sessions sitting on his ass. Trump needs an attorney general for the good of America!! Get his ass gone!! I want Joe deGenova or trey gowdy and i want these leftist criminals hit with a flame thrower!!

Elected members of congress have specific independence. If this really happened, I’ve go to thing the chairman and all party leaders, both parties, would have been all over this. Recall previous times with member communications were threatened, they circle the wagon on these things. So, it was a subtle message, not a threat. The house called their bluff and released the memo, even got Ryan’s blessing.

I think there is fear in firing Rosenstein and others, Sessions doesn’t like big decisions, and so Rosenstein, Boyd, Wray, and others pretty much do what they want. Once Sessions recused himself, he should have resigned as he turned over the keys and gave them power to do virtually whatever they wanted.
I’m thinking Rudy G. might be the best to go in and right the ship.
