...It turns out the Senate Judiciary Committee also has a memo on Christopher Steele, the FBI and Russia dossier they are working to declassify. Their memo is set to be released including FBI redactions shortly....
Paul Sperry of the New York Post reported, BREAKING: The Senate Judiciary Committee also has a memo on Steele, the dossier and the FBI, and is working to get it declassified.
[....]
As previously reported, GOP Lawmakers are seeking to make the case that the Mueller investigation and the FBI probe into Trumps campaign was based on potentially tainted and flawed evidence connected to Hillary Clinton, says John Solomon of The Hill.
Solomons report revealed part of the investigation includes an eight page criminal referral filed with the DOJ by Grassley and Graham:
...While the FBI has been protesting the release of the Nunes memo, it has been working behind the scenes to vet a version of the Grassley-Graham memo, which is expected to be released in redacted form soon....
On January 5th, Senate Judiciary Chair Chuck Grassley (R-IA) and Senator Lindsey Graham (R-SC) sent a letter to Deputy AG Rod Rosenstein and FBI Director Christopher Wray demanding they investigate if Christopher Steele lied to federal authorities.

Tears of rage...meet MEMOs of RAGE!
“Senate Judiciary Committee”
If it’s coming from this committee, you can bet the rent that it’s disinformation and noise designed to further muddy the waters.
Thanks! You’ve inspired a new tagline for me...
Exposing the FBIs reliance on Yahoo News for FISA warrant applications was a HUGE blow to our national security! We may never recover....
Exactly. Yet, the leftists want everyone to believe that this is just all a big nothingburger.
Per FBN just now: Guess whose news report was used to help get the FISA warrant: Spikey Isikoff’s.
Isn’t that interesting....
Too pathetic and criminal. The anonomous yahoo source was essentially the seeker of the warrant. But yeah, that is legal, no big deal... uh huh...
Good post. Nothing has been done. No one has even been fired yet.
I hope there is more meat to it than the Nunez memo. Perhaps combined there is a criminal case to be made against someone.
When will AG Keebler Elf be releasing his grand jury indictments?!?
Wheree The follow up on Obamas Department of Homeland Security trying to hack the ballot boxes in Georgia?
Well, didn’t you read that Isikoff’s source was.... Christopher Steele. Unreal. So the document/news story that was used as a piece of “evidence” was only evidence because the pursuers/warrant seekers were the ones that planted the information into the journalists ears!
Your #13 makes a good point.
... we have grave concerns about material omissions of fact that fundamentally impact the memo's accuracy
Now that the memo is out, the FBI is obliged to point out inaccuracies that result from material omissions of fact. I understand the FBI won't disclose any of the material omissions, and as far as I'm concerned, that is because the FBI is lying ... again.
Howie Carr has their number. The FBI ran a Murder, Inc. out of Boston, for years. Got away with it too.
Great questions/answers.
Patience is definitely a virtue, through all of this.
This, and the IG report should be fascinating.
