Attorney General Jeff Sessions issued a statement Friday following the release of the controversial Nunes memo alleging FISA abuse by the FBI and Department of Justice. I have great confidence in the men and women of this Department. But no Department is perfect.
Full statement:
Congress had made inquiries concerning an issue of great importance for the country and concerns have been raised about the Departments performance. I have great confidence in the men and women of this Department. But no Department is perfect.
Accordingly, I will forward to appropriate DOJ components all information I receive from Congress regarding this. I am determined that we will fully and fairly ascertain the truth.
We work for the American people and are accountable to them and those they have elected. We will meet that responsibility.

I think Sessions is slow playing. I suspect he’s the quiet guy in the background on much good going on. I might be wrong, but his shtick externally is too obvious...
He truly either is PATHETIC, or he’s a hero. I don’t have enough facts yet to figure it out, nor does anyone else here.
Trump isn’t stupid, if Sessions was truly this pathetic, we’d hear about it loud and clear.
To: VideoDoctor
The bath house must not be open yet if Jeff made a statement.

Were 'intelligence thugs' working with corrupt members of the press (Washington Post) to gaslight President Trump?/
'Leaks went from wire taps... then given to thugs in the 'intelligence services' then passed to corrupt press... AND Hollywood fools like 'Meathead'...

Like he would actively prosecute his old friends? Not likely.

I'm sorry, but that is not good enough. If anything screams for a special counsel it is this. You can't have the investigators investigate themselves!!!

Curious IF Rudy would take the AG for a few years, kick some ass, and hand it back.
