Whole Foods has implemented a strict new inventory management system that includes bi-weekly walk-throughs and random quizzing of employees, and has left many workers feeling stressed out and punished.
The new system is called order-to-shelf (OTS) and has a strict set of procedures for purchasing, displaying and storing products on store shelves and in back rooms that is supposed to make stores more efficient and cut down on waste.
And to make sure stores are following the new procedures - stores are required to use 'scorecards' to evaluate each employees performance, according to Business Insider.

Whole Foods employees need a safe place to cry when they are told what to do and don’t understand that food spoils...
AMZN may be run by a political liberal, but I’ve heard that if you work there, they MAKE YOU WORK YOUR BUTT OFF.
And that, that is a good thing.
Babies and little children cry.
Lol.
Ever seen the tattooed, pierced snowflakes that often work at Whole Foods? That is a sensitive group.
It is also likely that new inventory controls limit how often food can disappear from store shelves and back storage areas and end up in the employee break room.
Maybe, but it is ironic to see a liberal cracking the whip over all his worker bees at Amazon, the Washington Post and now Whole Foods. The folks at the Washington Post aren’t happy with their pay and benefits these days either.
People in menial jobs might as well get used to it.

That’s the point. Bezos is a fraud who uses an alleged political liberalism to hide his exploitation and contempt for pretty much everyone.
Yup. They are a distinct bunch working there. And I am convinced that they ALWAYS have to have a Muslim woman with a head scarf on at least one cash register. And she has to have an attitude.

Add to that transitioning people and militant femi-nazis and you’ve just described my WholeFoods to a T.
I love the sound of Snowflakes crying in the morning
“The Amazon warehouse worker experience comes to Whole Foods.”

Only appropriate, since it’s owned by Bezos and Co.
When I was a kid people in Pittsburgh would sit around bitching about Andrew Carnegie and his labor management tactics, half a century after he had gone back to Scotland and died.
That will be Jeff Bezos in about fifty years.
Walmart is already testing robots. It won’t be long until there are very few employees in retail stores.
That meant that the checkout people had to collect those tickets, and a clerk to check through and make corrections to the online inventory system.
I'm guessing somebody else was auditing the discrepancy list to determine "why" the count was off.
Democrats ... once the party of slavery, always the party of slavery.

Same with Tesla and SpaceX. Musk is a ball buster. Jobs was the same, too.
Who goes to the place anyway? Who wants to pay a fortune for an ounce of organic arugula?
