IIRC (it's late, here) the Dems' memo says the judge DID know that the info. came from "a politically motivated source", and in fact they (Dems) attacked the Pubs' memo for saying that the judge was not informed, and state that he was informed.
There is some gray area there at present -- the Dems' memo leaves out there the possibility that the judge did not know specifics (as the Pubs accuse). But, that really doesn't matter:
The least damning possibility is that the judge was asleep and did not ask the very questions a FISA judge is tasked with asking. It only gets worse from there, and ANY way one looks at it, the Dems have undercut their own / the deep state / anti-Trump position in the matter, as well as FISA-allowed-spying more generally.
It’s also interesting to note that Joe DiGenova last night on Hannity laid out how Mueller was appointed to investigate Trump. According to DiGenova, after Trump fired Comey back in May of 2017, Rosenstein personally walked Mueller over to the white house to be interviewed by President Trump to be Comey’s replacement as head of the FBI. After Mueller failed the interview and didn’t get the job, Rosenstein appointed him as special counsel to investigate Trump the very next day. Talk about sour grapes.
Shows how close to the vest this was played. Amazing that Trump took the chance, but he knew the alternative was subservience.
The treachery rises to the reality of treason.

Sessions recused from the ‘Russia’ investigation. He did not recuse from prosecuting the treason by the DNC operatives scattered throughout the intel community. Guillotines from orbit ... the only way to clean the swa,p of treasonous bastards.
So the former director of the fb and the former AG need to be in jail.
Along with hillary and steele, and the entire staff of the NYT, CNN and Yahoo news.

No arrests or indictments prior to early summer/late spring.
It is critical to keep this before the eyes of the people in the run-up to the Mid-terms and the Goebbelsmedia won’t be able to help the Democrats.
