He wasn’t part of the Trump Team.

Because Carter Page was ok to spy on, everyone he spoke to or was on one of his phones was fair game, maybe even any Office where he worked. Of course, they were not supposed to be unmasked but we know that they were. ...and then leaked.

“Incomplete and or falsified affidavit presented to a FISA court Judge to spy on those who opposed Hillary/Obama.”

Aren’t affidavits sworn to under oath in the presence of a notary, under penalty of perjury? Who perjured him/herself by signing a false affidavit?

"Who was the judge that signed the FISA warrant? WHAT A DOPE."

More than likely U.S. District Judge Rudolph Contreras of DC who recused himself from the Flynn case, was one of them.

Clearly 2 charges are forthcoming:

Deprivation of rights under the color of law (Carter Page is going to be one very rich man) as well as sedition: Read it and weep libturds...

And just remember, this is the tip of the ice berg. Rosenstein needs to now direct Mueller to investigate Hillary Clinton?DNC of colluding with foreign agents to influence an American election.

No. Sessions should NOT be fired. He had preemptively cleaned house of Rosenstein and his ilk only to have it undone further up the food chain.

.
The committee now needs to release ALL of the information they have gathered.

Personal pride of Traitors is not “National Security,” in fact it is the opposite.

Trump called him his energy and oil consultant during his candidacy. Some papers claim him as an aide, but we all know how they like to exaggerate.

IMNSHO, the value is in officially getting it into the public domain. Most of us here have been paying attention all along and already knew all of this. It may convince some, such as, two of my siblings, that Trump is not the bad guy in all of this Barbra Streisand.

I understand what the memo says and what it portends for the Dems -- I should have phrased my original comment better.

I meant to say that the Dems' (ostensible) objections to the memo for the last two weeks are now proven beyond doubt to be utterly baseless and patently ridiculous. Of course, we knew that that would be the case -- but I can't believe that these accomplished liars and schemers settled on such easily negated "arguments."

DOJ official Bruce Ohr met with Steele beginning in the summer of 2016 and relayed to DOJ information about Steele’s bias.

The information about Steele's bias was what recommended his info to Obama's DOJ.

Nicely summarized. To me the main point is that it was exactly this sort of thing that cost Nixon his Presidency and (1) his people were CREEP, not the FBI, and (2) they failed. This was official, fraudulent, and ongoing. And very well covered up by the classification system, which is what the perps were counting on.

Names were named. Comey, Rosenstein, McCabe, Yates, Boente, and Ohr all have some serious explaining to do.

Time for Sessions to impanel a Grand Jury with Comey, Rosenstein, McCabe, Yates and Steele as targets.

These and several others need to be brought to justice, but I've always had a special interest in seeing Comey get his. He always acted so holier-than-thou. I'd love to see him go down.

Agreed—what was with all the over-the-top references to just how unimaginably horrible it was? This is confirmation of what we largely knew. Important, but not nearly filled with incrimination to the level of Barry and Hill, for example.

Rudolph Contreras...he was also Judge who found Flynn guilt of lying to FBI.

He was also forced to recuse himself shortly after Flynn guilty plea.
