One question I have is what other “outlets” did Steele leak info to in September 2016 besides Yahoo News?

It appears he is suing Yahoo/Oath and Huff Po mentioned in the article linked below.

The biggest things to come out of the Memo are the corrupt FBI colluding with the Hillary & the DNC/MEDIA to influence a presidential election and to undermine a sitting President.
