I thought Dick Gephardt and Tom Daschle were idiotic minority leaders ... Pelosi must have a lot of goods on lots of people to be in a leadership position, and Chuck Schumer’s appeal is up there with things such as cat piss and explosive diarrhea.

I’ve said it before on FR ... the 1960s all but ended on Election Night when Trump won it and the Rs kept the House and Senate ... if you want to skip the 1970s and head into a new, but familiar version of the 1980s, make sure Trump has a GOP House and Senate after the midterms ... the libs will be out of power for at least a decade should Trump have both the House and Senate heading into 2020. This country will launch ahead at warp speed if this plays out.

Agree, for many reasons. The election will happen before the 2018 tax returns are filed, so families with children need to be made aware of, in the simplest terms, the child tax credit increase on top of the lower taxes taken out their pay checks this year. The democrats won’t tell them about it.

By labor Day everyone should be used to the new ‘tax breaks’ and, like someone pointed out, that if there is a bonus for taxpayers it will more than likely mean a ‘raise’ for that element that gets more back in tax returns than they paid in????
