As President Trump stepped up to podium to deliver his State of the Union address Tuesday night, the NBC News team wanted viewers to focus on one thing as they watched the speech – that Trump was “under criminal investigation” and Special Counsel Robert Mueller “hovers over the chamber.”
Just moments before House Speaker Paul Ryan introduced the President, Today co-host Savannah Guthrie declared: “And let’s not forget, as we see Attorney General Sessions, this is a president who’s under criminal investigation right now for obstruction of justice with regard to the Russia investigation. So a lot going on in the backdrop.”
NBC: Don’t Forget, Trump’s ‘Under Criminal Investigation’
Seconds later, as Trump was greeted by cheers and applause, Special Correspondent Tom Brokaw piled on: “There is a missing major figure in this hall tonight that we ought not to forget about, and that is the Special Prosecutor of the United States, who is at this hour probably meeting with his team deciding where they go now.”
Meet the Press moderator Chuck Todd chimed in: “He’s not there, but it hovers. He sort of hovers over the chamber, doesn’t he?”
Brokaw agreed:
Right, and that is an extraordinarily important part of what’s going on in Washington, D.C. And despite all of the grandeur of this setting and the television photos and the members of the Supreme Court, members of the cabinet, out there is a highly regarded investigator who is looking into whether or not he broke the law.
Without actually knowing what the outcome of the investigation would be, the network still insisted on repeatedly labeling Trump a potential criminal as prepared to speak to the American people.
Liars.
Yup.
Insane freaks.
But NBC and Savannah Guthrie are trying to encourage obstruction of justice in the case of the investigation into possible FBI and DOJ misdeeds during and after the 2016 election cycle. The are doing everything in their power to SUPPRESS information and keep it hidden from the public. They are scum.
That’s downright funny! I never thought of Mueller once last night! I doubt even the morons who watch NBC thought about Mueller, even though they were (apparently) constantly reminded!

If this is their standard, then Hillary Clinton is under a criminal investigation. And for that, there is plenty of evidence.
For Trump, there is absolutely none.
Correct. There can be no criminal investigation as NO crime was alleged in Mueller’s appointment. It was made under a dubious and wide ranging counter intel umbrella. The ONLY possibility of criminal indictment hinges on a process crime involving the investigation, not any prior acts.

The media must be getting some benefits for pushing the Democrat Party line. Is Soros involved? People will simply turn their shows off, if they are so predictable and biased and nothing is gained from watching. The elite media should be more concerned with the disrespect shown toward the President last night. Democrats came across as old, out of touch, sour, poor losers, and not too patriotic. Most people I know, are sick of hearing how much the Democrat Party hates Trump.

My dog has these silent but deadly farts that hover in the air for what seems like an eternity. Sure we fan the air to try and get rid of it. But it stinks to high heaven and we can't get rid if the effect quickly enough.
