Rep. Joe Kennedy (D-MA) appeared to have an unidentified liquid coming from the side of his mouth...What are the medical causes of drool or slobbering at the mouth?
Could there be something medically wrong with Joe? Or could that drool be a symptom of drugs?
Did Nancy tell him to do that? She told somebody to drool.

There are some medicines which can cause drooling. I have HBP and Type ll. One of my meds causes that. Very annoying.
