we have a top-down directive, straight from the Oval Office, to use the tools of government to crush the opposition and secure power for generations.

Doesn’t need a top down directive. Just needs the top to wink and nod. People can see who gets fired, who gets promoted.

Let's not kid ourselves, the Obama Spying Scandal is the biggest scandal in the history of the USA. The weaponizing of the IC, FBI, Justice Department came from Obama. I suspect Clapper and Brennan are major players working with Obama. They had the HAMMER computer system. It's my guess it started on day one of his administration.

Do you think that America is ready to accept a finding like this, if it means draining the swamp in one fell swoop? Do you think a majority in Congress would be willing to let this flow to its natural conclusions, if it means that some will get to stay viable for the future?

And finally, do you think -- given Obama's childhood -- that we might actually see a former President live the rest of his life in exile in a non-extradition country like Indonesia, Bahrain, or Kuwait?

“Made” is a strong word. FBI employees are big boys and girls.

There was a time when I thought the same thing about US Army Rangers.

I agree. He may have instructed them to fabricate evidence, but they did not have to do it.

This sort of corruption is the result of many decades of cover-ups and looking the other way, all for the “greater good” (of the FBI).

I would add... based on the convenient, but unproven, excuse that the cover-ups were necessary to protect people's confidence in government and avoid riots in "the street" should popular figures be seen as being taken out.

It's a self-fulfilling prophecy, so to speak, to justify their own corruption for the greater good of stability in government. However, those on the short-end of that stability have had enough.

Still, the point is that the top could have intervened to stop it, if: 1) the top were in the loop, and 2) the top was appalled by the rogue behavior.

So, to assume that the top did not approve and to still protect the top, one has to assume that the top was duped, was lied to, was incompetent as a manager to not know what direct reports were doing in such visible roles.

Therefore, the only choices to judge Obama are that he either was in the know and supported it, or he was played the fool and sat over a rogue destructive administration.

Neither are legacies that Obama wants.

I have no doubt President Obama approved of it.

I doubt if we can prove it. Obama’s entire upbringing was in disrespect for the Constitution and Western Civilization.

"They should have had a housecleaning investigation after Waco, and Ruby Ridge, but Clinton was President, the Republicans had no spine, and the Media went into overdrive to protect them."

I've always felt that there was something odd about the Oklahoma city bombing... I mean, the way the buildings were taken down so soon after the attack... And the speed of the trial after... Murder trials usually take years to complete. And a lot more years, sometimes as many as twenty or so years for an execution... That was not the case for Tim McVeigh..

But what happened to Randy Weaver and his family at Ruby Ridge was absolutely disgusting... There should been a whole bunch of FBI people hanged for that one....

We can only pray all that is said in this report either is true, or will be revealed as true, and any actions the report says will happen actually do happen.

What would be great would be if any of those to be charged in the investigations want, need, and seek to save their own hides are willing to talk about from how high up, and from exactly where, commands or demands came, and hopefully both Billary, Inc. and Obama will be shown to be implicated.

A federal grand jury, instead of another special prosecutor, really is the better way to investigate this.

A 2nd S.P. would undoubtedly take several years and who knows off on what irrelevant tangent it would go.

Let's just hope the fed grand jury is comprised of honest people filled with integrety who seek the truth.

Do you think that America is ready to accept a finding like this, if it means draining the swamp in one fell swoop?

Yes, I think a majority of Americans would welcome it and feel relieved the greatest crisis since our founding was getting resolved.

Do you think a majority in Congress would be willing to let this flow to its natural conclusions, if it means that some will get to stay viable for the future?

Key word is majority and my answer is Yes. Won't happen without a fight, but think Congress will deal with this if We the People clamor enough.

And finally, do you think -- given Obama's childhood -- that we might actually see a former President live the rest of his life in exile in a non-extradition country like Indonesia, Bahrain, or Kuwait?

If jail time actually seems imminent, I would expect Obama to attempt to leave to some non-extradition vacation spot with Valerie et al. During the proceedings, he will need to be kept under full house arrest.
