What bothers me is the RNC couldnt care less about him in Colorado or other good candidates in California.

Well maybe because Tancredo abandoned the RNC. Many times. As he ran as an Independent or with the Constitution Party.
Yes, and I’m not sure why that was necessary out of the blue, and especially in light of the job he has done.
Trump doesn’t run the RNC. Good grief.
Nickcarraway,... seriously...
Ok, listen carefully. Before Donald Trump was involved in running for the presidency he was a businessman with his International offices in Manhattan. Manhattan as you know is in New York. You also know that Hillary Clinton was the senator from New York.
Donald Trump and did a lot of business in New York and had to, as they say, schmooze with a lot of people in order to get the necessary permits etc to build his hotels and Office Buildings
Part of the price of doing business in that city is to NOT piss off the wrong people. Registering as a Dem and donating to their campaigns was the cost of doing business.
He went postal because you dared to compare Tancredo to Trump. NC is a Never Trumper.
Do you realize that the RNC has been dissing Conservatives for decades? They don’t support Conservatives, and then when Conservatives go elsewhere, you and other pop up to mention when they did, as if that were reason enough for the RNC not to support them.
The RNC is not our friend, and I’m not sure why folks are taking pot shots at me for pointing that out.
Tom appears on the Peter Boyles radio show AM 710 quite often.
Tom would be wonderful for Colorado in the governors job. The Colorado Republican establishment does not want intelligence in government.
Hence, Tom is out.
That’s his choice. As soon as Obama won the presidency he put his people in charge and the DNC was run his way. And that included friends of his replacing friends of the Clintons. The president of a party has the ability to control their party committee. If they don’t, that’s their choice.
Tancredo has longterm conservative bonafides. I know that doesn’t mean much these days, but at least be honest about it.
Nah, that just means you don’t have a clue.
“Tom Tancredo is perhaps best known for his opposition to illegal immigration. Tancredo founded the Congressional Immigration Reform Caucus in May 1999. He served as its Chairman until January 2007, when he turned the chairmanship over to Brian Bilbray.
Tancredo has called for halting illegal immigration, and a three-year moratorium on all legal immigration to allow those immigrants already in the country to be assimilated. “
“Tancredo has said that abortion “compromises the sanctity of life” and “attacks the most vulnerable among us: unborn boys and girls”. He does not support the granting of federal funds to “any organization that promotes abortion”
“Tancredo became one of the outspoken conservative opponents to the nomination of Sonia Sotomayor to the Supreme Court.”
“On February 4, 2010, Tancredo spoke at the National Convention for the Tea Party movement where he told attendees that Barack Obama won because of “people who could not even spell the word ‘vote’ or say it in English”. He then proposed “a civics literacy test” as a prerequisite to voting.”
“Said Tancredo in September 2007, “You have to remember that we are always just one kooky judge away from actually having homosexual marriage forced on all the rest of us, because of the [full faith and credit] clause in the U.S. Constitution. Therefore, we need, we absolutely have to have, a constitutional amendment that defines marriage”
“In a speech given at a campaign event for Colorado Senate candidate Ken Buck on July 8, 2010, Tancredo said of President Barack Obama, “... the greatest threat to the United States today, the greatest threat to our liberty, the greatest threat to the Constitution of the United States, the greatest threat to our way of life; everything we believe in. The greatest threat to the country that our founding fathers put together is the man that’s sitting in the White House today.”
“Tancredo’s outspoken advocacy for immigration reform, and particularly his criticism of President George W. Bush’s border security controls, reportedly made him persona non grata in the Bush White House. According to Tancredo, he and Bush’s political adviser, Karl Rove, got into a “screaming match” after Tancredo claimed that “if the nation suffered another attack at the hands of terrorists able to skirt immigration laws, the blood of the people killed” would be on Bush’s and Congress’ hands. Rove responded by calling Tancredo “a traitor to the party” and “a traitor to the president,” and warned him to never “darken the doorstep of the White House.” National Review’s David Frum wrote that “[n]o issue, not one, threatens to do more damage to the Republican coalition than immigration.”

To be totally honest, I wasn’t for Trump until late in the game. I didn’t really care for any of our line up. I liked pieces and parts of each, but not any of the whole deal. But once Trump was the man, I got on board quickly, and I realized he was the ONLY one out of the bunch who could have taken out Hillary. That was my number one priority. After 8 years of Obama, holy cow, we didn’t need that evil monstrosity. And Trump is doing a great job. He’s a very competent, high-energy fellow, and he’s thinking of this country first. That’s refreshing. Even if he started to screw up in the future, I’ll never regret voting for him. I don’t care what he says in Tweets. I love that he trolls the left, stirring them up every chance he can, all the while getting stuff done behind the scenes. The man is a machine. Here’s to eight years of Trump.
Sadly, you are correct. I remember visiting Colorado back in 2002 when it was still a pretty solid Red State (If I remember correctly). Really sad.
I feel the same sadness about Virginia's fall to the Dark Side...
“He went postal because you dared to compare Tancredo to Trump. NC is a Never Trumper.”
Ah, so that’s the reason. I thought he was just a garden variety dumbass.
Pot shots? Not me.
You said you were “bothered” by the RNC.
I explained why the RNC took the position they did.
That was no pot shot. But this is: Tancredo is NO CONSERVATIVE. He’s a libertarian. Why he never went full retard and joined the Libertarian Party is beyond me.
Oh Well. No big deal. Tancredo is well past his sell-by date.
Yeah, I used to catch him on there quite often...and, too back on the old 630 KHOW days. Always enjoyed their banter. I really need to start trying to tune into Boyles again. I imagine he still has Robert Spencer on often, too. Another great guest.
Tom Tancredo has a 20-year record on immigration, what’s your point? You may disagree with him, but he’s always been clear where he stands.
It doen’t matter Colorado is a deep blue state now. A Rocky Mountain California.
Trump stopped Obamqa’s and Hillary's plan to flood the USA with millions of Muslims and mexicans etc. and give them executive amnesty to have the voters to turn the USA into socialist venezueala.
Trump stopped Obamas and Soros communist net neutrality plot to take over the internet.
If Trump doesn't win in 2020 they will restart those plans and others.
We have 3 years of freedom left unless Trump wins in 2020.
You must be a communist snowflake
This was my post:
I agree with that. Reply 2
What bothers me is the RNC couldnt care less about him in Colorado or other good candidates in California.
And so, when they try to get donations in Trumps name, steam comes out of my ears. As if...
I simply stated that when they try to fund-raise as if it were for Trump, I recognize that the funds are going straight to the RNC, not Trump. And so I ignore the request.
I made no value assessment whatsoever between two men.
You do touch on what I think his take was, but if that were the case, it was a flawed take on my post.
Please don't see this as all directed at you. I know others will read it, and I want them to understand that post clearly.
LOL. Stop buying what the media is selling. Last I checked illegal immigration hasn’t stopped, and the government is one the verge of giving millions citizenship.
