Florida congresswoman and former DNC chief Debbie Wasserman Schultz joined House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi on Thursday to ridicule the economic repercussions of recent tax reform legislation.
An audience at Florida Atlantic University witnessed Ms. Pelosi double down this morning on her recent crumb criticism of cash bonuses given out by companies like Apple, AT&T, Boeing, Comcast, Disney, Home Depot, Fiat Chrysler, Southwest Airlines, Verizon, Wal-Mart and Well Fargo. The event, which was sponsored by the group Not One Penny, included Ms. Wasserman Schultzs assertion that $1,000 doesnt go very far almost anyone.

And yet, something like 40% of the population would have difficulty handling a financial emergency, requiring them to come up with $1000 in less than a month. Yeah, $1000 is nothing but crumbs. Keep digging, Debbie.

Yes, they found it hidden away in a Congressional office building:
“The laptop in question was tucked away in a tiny room formerly used as a phone booth on the second floor of the Rayburn House Office Building late one night in March, only to be found by Capitol Police just after midnight on April 6, 2017 along with notebooks marked ‘attorney client privilege,’ letters addressed to the US Attorney of DC regarding Debbie Wasserman Schultz, and several forms of identification. Based on the contents of the backpack, some believe Awan wanted the laptop to be found.”
They’re complaining because it doesn’t cover the cost of their face lifts.
Debbie sez, “1000 bucks is peanuts. Awan made many, many times that overbilling Congress and selling classified information. That’s how I treat my employees.”
