Heh heh! You see the conditions in his answer? Mueller has to answer truthfully if Clinton was under oath in order to get Trump to commit or not commit to speaking to Mueller under oath. I think I remember the news stories at the time that speculated that she was not under oath. Trump will demand the same conditions!
