After just viewing the excellent video by Joe diGenova, I was struck with his comment about a FISA Opinion Report issued in April, 2016, or to quote deGenova:
"In April, 2016, the FISA court issues this 99 page opinion which I'll bet you didn't even know about until I talked about it this morning. This opinion describes illegal activity by the FBI, illegal activity by contractors, and it calls it the improper disclosure of raw intelligence about Americans to unauthorized individuals. All of those things the bureau did and the contractors were crimes. Now, this is a public document, it's been declassified. You've not seen a single story about this in the Washington Post or the New York Times."
The 99 page FISA opinion was new to me. I looked it up and there it is, from the dni.gov files, the .pdf:
US Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court, Washington D.C., Memorandum Opinion and Order It was Top Secret/SI/Orcon/Nocorn. Some redactions but deGenova fills in the names. As far as I can tell, it was declassified on May 11, 2017.
Also, a copy at SCRIBD, The 99 Page FISA Memorandum Opinion and Order
Maybe a lot of you know about this but it was news to me. Thought of writing a bigger article on it but am just posting to get it out there for people that don't know about it.
Other articles referring to it:

I have to admit I haven't read the whole thing, plan to tonight. I took diGenova's word for it. He was excellent in the video.
Where did you get that title from?
It looks like this same article:

Gee I posted the whole report today.
It looks like this same article:

I made up the title. I saw the original article.
I thought the part about the 99 page memo was a hidden blockbuster and wanted to get it out there as a separate topic. His whole video presentation is fantastic, but as he said, "In April, 2016, the FISA court issues this 99 page opinion which I'll bet you didn't even know about until I talked about it this morning."
I’ll have to take his word for it. But what’s truly astounding is how corrupt the media is. When Trump said he had been illegally wiretapped, they laughed and scoffed and ridiculed him, and Mark Levine for showing where the NYT itself said as much, and all along this became public knowledge in May of last year, and they must have known it.
To prevent duplication, please do not alter the published title. Thank you.
“FBI: Devin Nunes Wont Show Us Memo Alleging Surveillance Abuses
The FBI has not been permitted to see the memo Rep. Devin Nunes and his staff wrote about alleged abuses by the intelligence community”
Maybe Nunes was worried that the FBI would “lose” their copy. They do that a lot.
That was an excellent video. Clear, concise description of what the whole mess is all about.

Sorry I missed your post. I think that's a different FISA report than the dni.gov one. Both important however and good to know.
Every day we get proof of the incompetence and corruption of the MSM. Not a peep about the 99 page memo in the MSM, NYT, WP, LA Times. They're sole 'Get Trump' narrative is wearing and has to be noticed by most Americans.
Please share with friends and neighbors or any media connections you have TY
I believe this is the only post that has the 99 pages mentioned in he video attached. The link to the video was just laying the foundation for the 99 pages
Bet if the money is followed from the Clinton Foundation and DNC from fusion gps it includes an awful lot of the MSM.
An accounting of where and who got money in this caper needs to be undertaken. I hear Mueller is not doing anything of import.
It is interesting that they used the term "collusion," knowing that it is not illegal. This would make whatever they tried to pin on Trump to appear to be horribly illegal.
They must think we are real rubes.
Also, I think that ANYONE involved with BHO and HRC should be held accountable to the fullest extent of the law, including the media.
Pay to Play, from the people who forked over lots of cash with the hopes of lining their pockets while America goes down the tube, makes them also complicit in treason.
I am not a lawyer, but this is just very obvious.
#releasethememo.
(But, if you were paying attention, DiGenova did a remarkable job of listing the names of all the "biggies" -- from memory...)
Interesting. Good catch. So they can't be cross referenced? Or maybe that docket has more info than they're referring to?
