In each of my daughters lives came the day in fifth grade when we had to sit on her bed and practise. I pretended to be the boy in class who was making her sick with dread. She had to look right at me and repeat the words until they felt possible, if not easy: Dont say that to me. Dont do that to me. I hate it. As much as I wanted to knock heads around, I knew the only real solution was to arm a daughter for self-defence. But why was it so hard to put teeth into that defence? Why does it come more naturally to smile through clenched teeth and say Oh, stop, in the mollifying tone so regularly, infuriatingly mistaken for flirtation?

She brings a case of Romulan Ale across the Neutral Zone every now and then...care for a snort?
She frightened her daughters and twisted their thinking?
Seems a rather monstrous thing to do.
Women need to get their modesty back and stop throwing all they have at the male species and expecting the male species, in general, to not notice the body.. just flatter what she is broadcasting.
This does not implicate ALL women... just the ones who advertise and then are surprised at the outcome. ‘Surprised’ doesn’t apply to ALL women either.
I’m in favor of women making themselves beautiful.
Barbara Kingsolver, the authoress. Appears to be everything you say.
Phew. What a face.
Jocelyn Wildenstein, NY socialite who had numerous surgeries ‘cause seh wanted to look like a cat.
She is famous for her plastic surgery excesses. Jocelyn Wildenstein https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jocelyn_Wildenstein
Lt. (j.g.) Kerry did not have red hair when I knew him.
Looks like between the surgery and the botox injections, she has made herself even more beautiful. /s/
Don’t play hard to get.
Play hard to want.
And if ‘signals’ are being misread or ignored, behave as if the place was haunted and “Get Out!”
Don’t stick around.
Does she have any tips for women to beware of dykes that will date rape and pressure them to have sex?
Any advice for boys in what to do when a female teacher sends them nude pics and invites them over for liquor and drug parties?
Always was a tough decision whether to go ugly early or wait.
In an interview with Paris Match magazine, Bardot asserted that for actresses specifically, "not women in general," "the vast majority of cases" are "hypocritical, ridiculous, without interest."
The 83-year-old added that the topic takes away from "important themes that could be discussed." Bardot became an international sex symbol after her starring role in 1956's "And God Made Woman." "I thought it was nice to be told that I was beautiful or that I had a nice little ass," she said. "This kind of compliment is nice."
Bardot went on to say that actresses "come on" to producers to get roles, "and then, so they'll be talked about, they say they were harassed." She added: "In reality, rather than helping them, it hurts them."

Bridgette Bardot was not only beautiful in her day, but she is a living legion- and very intelligent. Too bad the French are too stupid to appreciate her intelligence.
She told them long ago that the Muzzie colonists flooding into France were destroying their culture. She was fined and even locked up for expressing her views.
I might add; she established one of the largest animal care organizations in the world, and has given to it vast amounts of her own money. What a wonderful woman- and so shamfully under-appreciated!
It would have been hilarious to see a counter-demonstration by the League for Men (or some such similarly-named organization), also carrying signs saying, “I love vaginas, too!”
Just sayin’.
Better yet if you love your boys teach them they do not need women at all to be happy or live a good life. Otherwise they will be just like allcthe rest of the tricked men, waiting to be divorce raped sometime in the future.
I noted that when Sarah Palin was VP candidate, no woman who was an 8 or above would attack Palin personally, no matter how much they disagreed with her politically...
Also:
Actually, if you read it correctly, the hashtag
#MeToo
really says:
"Pound me too."
It's a cry for attention from ugly, sexually starved women.
