Nearly a year after President Donald Trumps inauguration, a Harvard University professor says 2016 presidential candidate Hillary Clinton could still become commander in chief.
Lawrence Lessig, the Roy L. Furman professor of law and leadership at Harvard Law School, penned an essay for Medium in October outlining a series of hypothetical scenarios that could take place should the ongoing probe find that the Trump campaign actually conspired with Russia to influence the results of the election.
If Trump did conspire with Russia, the president should resign, or, if he doesnt, he should be impeached, Lessig wrote in his essay. Vice President Mike Pence would also have to either resign or get impeached, which would make House Speaker Paul Ryan the president of the United States, Lessig wrote at the time.

New Squeak comes up with leftie hope number 101 for nullifying the election.
This @$$hole is a Harvard Law Professor that has no idea of what he’s talking about. No wonder these kids are graduating from college with heads full or mush.

How would she pass the physical and psych exams the media would insist upon?
The delusional critical bit that was cut off by excerpting:
“Ryan ought to nominate the person defeated by the treason of his own party, and then step aside, and let her become President”.
Theoretically possible? Sure. If the Speaker moves up to POTUS, he gets to pick a VP of his choice, and then could resign letting the VP become POTUS. In theory, Hillary could become POTUS this way ... and so could I.
Not gonna happen.
A top party leader isn’t going to take national power and then, out of a sense of what the angry opposition considers fairness (born of seething jealousy), proceeds to select the well-beaten (by the rules) loser as successor and hand complete power to the opposing party by resigning.
The author is hallucinating, seeing a likelihood in an impossibility because baseless hope is desperate.
Someone could give me a half-billion-dollar winning lottery ticket too. That’s actually more likely than this alleged Hillary-becomes-President-anyway scenario.
