An ongoing mantra of the left is that everyone is a victim, with a singular carve-out for white men. A large group of the female population has embraced this chant.
While there may be a number of grievances put forth by this movement, there also comes a theme that is particularly dangerous: the feminist attack on masculinity. This is derived not only from feminists; it comes from the left in general.
There has emerged a war on masculinity. Why? Because masculine men are harder to control under tyrannical socialism. The modern beta male, on the other hand, craves socialism. This is why the left has branded masculinity as toxic: it stands as a roadblock to their endgame.
Leftists blame, of all things, masculinity for the recent spate of sexual harassment scandals. For eons, masculinity has been considered a natural and even required trait of being male, but it is now apparently the reason for deviancy. Who knew?
The glaring problem with this argument is that the men who are typically being accused of such transgressions are anything but masculine. Sexual harassment is bipartisan; both liberal and conservative men in positions of power seem to harass women with aplomb. But where is this referenced masculinity? Harvey Weinstein? Al Franken? Louis CK? I posit that a consistent theme among most accused harassers is a complete lack of masculinity. I would go so far as to suggest that the lack of masculinity is a contributing factor to this problem.
Most of these accused public figures are modern men perhaps not quite beta males, but certainly closer to Obama's now infamous Pajama Boy than they are to John Wayne. Are men who display a lack of masculinity less likely to victimize women? Obviously not.

None of my daughters are that stupid or blind. The only reason they would bring something like that to our house is for the YouTube video they could get out of everyone’s reaction.
Seriously, is that “guy” trying to look like an off color Hitler?
The Hebrew is ‘ezer k’negdo’ - helper against him.
I loved the line, which I haven't heard before, but will remember:
"...hard times create strong men, strong men create good times, good times create weak men, weak men create hard times..."
I read that, and it resonated with every fiber of my beliefs, though I read it and thought it was just as applicable if you substituted "people" for "men".
Not any more. There are feminists who say that they would rather be raped or killed than be around an honest man with a gun.
At the risk of violating Godwin’s Law...doesn’t that facial expression look like something you could imagine on Himmler’s face?
There is an odd mixture of boredom, hate, contempt, and anger on it.
Real men dont need to harass women to get dates.
I admit to loving the look of those, even though the high end ones are expensive as all get out.
I just think I would have trouble wearing one because I wouldn’t feel comfortable in it, and I think self-assurance when wearing something goes some way in how a garment is perceived by others on you. If you are comfortable with yourself wearing it, I think others unconsciously pick up on that as well...and vice versa.
But I will say, the expensive one I saw made me highly desirous of it...it looks good to me...it looks rugged as all get out, and it looks as functional as the day is long.
I would wear that in a heartbeat...when I move to another part of the country!
These are firefighters in the lobby of the World Trade Center in NYC on 9/11 -- shortly before the second plane hit the other building. A basic PPE for an FDNY firefighter weighs about 45 pounds, and these guys were getting ready to walk up as many as 102 floors in the building that morning to rescue people trapped up there.
It would have taken about an hour and a half for the best firefighter in the world to accomplish that task.
No, there weren't any women among those FDNY firefighters in the WTC lobby that morning.
I once wore it on a subway platform in NYC. A homeless guy came along and accosted every passenger waiting for the train, begging for money -- except me. LOL.
Before they went after Masculinity they went after Femininity.
"Girly" things were considered bad and we were told not to give our little girls anything like that.
They were to wear jeans and t-shirts rather then pretty dresses, their hair should be chopped off rather then curled. Interests like babies, decorating, flower arranging, cooking and (horrors) cleaning, in fact any sort of homemaking was discouraged and you were made to feel like a freak if you indulged.
The interesting thing was how much the men supported the effort to turn women into men with breasts. They loved that second paycheck and the less money spent on female "frippery" just made it possible for them to spend more on themselves.
I looked up to see my wife grinning at me. She could see I thought it was great, but the look on her face was "Okay...where are you going to wear that giant thing around?"
I had to laugh, but man, it looked so...functional and quality made.
What. A. Great. Read.
Bookmarked. Thanks for finding and posting that!!!
Embrace Your Masculine Toxicity
Dont touch any women, leave lost kids alone.
Maleness is Mafia; youre Don Corleone.
But its mostly you older guys doomed, as a rule;
The snow-flaky beta males are neutered in school.
What a nasty, tortured, godless person.
Makes you wonder if he was ever a normal kid or not. It would be sad IF these people were not so frikkin’ hateful.
Dilly! Dilly!
I had similar thoughts on seeing that wimp in the picture.
Also liked your previous posting #10.
saving this
Oh God, just don’t turn me into a case of Bud Light!
Heh, I was fighting against the marketing of “Dilly Dilly” but I think that particular Pandora’s Box is now open and it isn’t going back inside the box, so...I now allow myself to laugh when I see it...genius marketing, as beer commercials often are...
But thanks for the comment on the picture. I think you know what I mean-you don’t want people to be put off because you are unapproachable, except for the people you don’t want to approach you!
There’s some circular logic there...darn it!
LOL, effective and right on target...did you compose that?
Because their latest King turned out to be a Queen?
