Accused cop killer Luis Bracamontes repeatedly interrupted the opening day of his murder trial Tuesday with a barrage of insults and profanity, prompting Sacramento Superior Court Judge Steve White to remove the jury briefly.
“I wish I had killed more of the mother-------,” Bracamontes boasted to the jury as prosecutor Rod Norgaard described the 2014 crime spree that killed two area deputies.
“I will break out soon and I will kill more, kill whoever gets in front of me...There’s no need for a f------ trial,” he added.
That was the latest of several outbursts from the defendant Tuesday, who has insisted he needs no trial because he is guilty.
Bracamontes, an illegal immigrant from Mexico, is on trial along with his wife, Janelle Monroy.
The pair are accused of a daylong crime spree that killed Oliver and Placer sheriff’s Deputy Michael Davis Jr. and wounded a number of other victims.
Bracamontes faces the death penalty; his wife faces life if convicted.

Steve White is a Judge of the Sacramento County Superior Court. He was APPOINTED to the bench in 2003 BY GOVERNOR GRAY DAVIS (whom we removed from office).

Too bad his venue can’t be changed to Texas.

If current demographic and social trends continue, California will just be the testing ground for implementing the same model of "justice" throughout the US.
In twenty years, when the Mexican PRI replaces the Democrats as the One Party in One-Party California, they will release Becerra and hold a parade in his honor.

That death penalty should be immediate.....like right after he is sentenced with the death penalty - just walk him straight from the Courthouse to the chair/table/hanging tree/etc.
