It appears, to me, this is not just DACA “renewals”.

Fine, renew it with a home visit. If the “kid” doesn’t live where reported, rescind the DACA waiver; arrest any and all illegal aliens that live at that address. They don’t have waivers. If the DACA recipient doesn’t ID them, find, charge them and rescind DACA waiver.
You mean obeys the "legal system", as opposed to the "law". DACA was created by executive fiat - in contravention of actual law, including the US Constitution.

Unfortunately, most voters don’t know this so, Trump goes through the motions of taking these things to the Supreem Court to be overturned. Until then, we live with these renegades.
