U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services said on Saturday that it has begun allowing certain young, undocumented immigrants to renew protections under the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program.
The move comes after U.S. District Judge William Alsup issued a preliminary injunction this week blocking President Trump's decision to end the Obama-era program, which granted temporary reprieve from deportation to hundreds of thousands of undocumented immigrants brought to the U.S. as children, often called "dreamers."
"Due to a federal court order, USCIS has resumed accepting requests to renew a grant of deferred action under DACA," USCIS said in an update posted online Saturday.
"Until further notice, and unless otherwise provided in this guidance, the DACA policy will be operated on the terms in place before it was rescinded on Sept. 5, 2017," the update said.

Yes it is. This renegade Judge purposely took away Trumps leverage in the middle of the DACA bill negotiations. Judicial activism at its worst. Trump huffed but apparently let him get away with it.
They should have appealed and told the judge to pound sand.

It appears, to me, this is not just DACA “renewals”.
“If you previously received DACA and your DACA expired before Sept. 5, 2016, or your DACA was previously terminated at any time, you cannot request DACA as a renewal,... but may nonetheless file a new initial DACA request...”
It’s time that the SCOTUS have a drive thru window where Americans can go and get a decision in a hurry to reverse these unconstitutional, anti-American “decisions handed down by these old, retarded liberal activist “judges”.
There is no way Trump or Sessions should follow the ruling of a low level Federal District Judge - who is going to enforce the ruling?

Fine, renew it with a home visit. If the “kid” doesn’t live where reported, rescind the DACA waiver; arrest any and all illegal aliens that live at that address. They don’t have waivers. If the DACA recipient doesn’t ID them, find, charge them and rescind DACA waiver.
