Yes it is. This renegade Judge purposely took away Trumps leverage in the middle of the DACA bill negotiations. Judicial activism at its worst. Trump huffed but apparently let him get away with it.
Maybe so that he doesn’t get blamed. This takes the heat off of Trump and puts the DACA thing in limbo.
