On Friday a federal judge made public hundreds of pages of court documents that had been filed by the FBI in the days and weeks after the Las Vegas concert shooting.
The judge did so in response to a lawsuit filed by CNN and several media organizations.
On Sunday October 1, 2017, Stephen Paddock opened fire on concertgoers at the Route 91 Harvest music festival in Las Vegas, Nevada.
The shooting left 58 dead and another 546 injured in the deadliest mass shooting by an individual in US history.
Investigative journalist Laura Loomer posted a page from the report on Twitter.
According to the federal document Subject offenses have been committed by Stephen Paddock, Mary Lou Danley, and others yet unknown.
The document also explains that there was probable cause and cited the following violations A through D:
a. Destruction/Damage of Aircraft or Aircraft Facilities 18 U.S.C.A. 32(a);
b. Violence at International Airport 18 U.S.C. and
c. Unlawful Interstate Transport/Delivery of Firearms by Non Federal Firearms Licensee 18 U.S.C. 922(a)(3) and

I always wait to hear what Matt Lauer or The View or the FBI tells me what happened in Vegas.
FBI has no statement yet because they are still destroying evidence.

Thanks. I did a speed read of the whole thing.
I did not find anything interesting on the first pass. About 90% of it is boilerplate or repeated. I was amused to see they had to re-execute the Microsoft search warrant because they had omitted Paddock’s OneDrive account and Microsoft refused to give it to them because the first warrant was only for email and other electronic communications and not for cloud data storage. Apparently Microsoft’s lawyers actually read these things.
I didn’t find any references to the number of recovered cell phones at any of the searched locations.
It just gets stranger and stranger
Except I don’t see how anyone who went to such lengths to carry out this kind of attack would have believed that any rounds fired at the fuel tanks from there would have caused anything close to an explosion.
Who released the photo from the hotel room of ‘Paddock’ dead from a head shot?
Knocking out the second window was probably for ventilation/air flow. This would help clear the room that must have been entirely chocked full of smoke.

When SWAT breached the door was locked between the two rooms with the broken windows.
BKMK
I read it was an arms deal gone bad but who knows.
Sorry but this is all amateurs reading their own tin hat BS into a very standard report
Laura Loomer = Laura Loony
We’ll probably never know the whole story.
FR could have told the feds he had accomplices. Burner phones = Saudi connection.
Still waiting to learn why she arrived back in the US in a wheelchair.
He didn’t plan on dying that day. At noon, he asked the cook at his subdivision’s kitchen for her enchilada recipe. No one asks for a recipe when he’s got a plan to suicide himself.
Mueller and Comey have known of every terrorist act upon the US since before 9/11. Unfortunately, they rarely act upon the information. Heck, the totally ignored all the warnings England, Russia and Saudi Arabia gave them on the Boston Bombers. Mueller does nothing but put the freaks on the watch list.
Easy. Dress like cops and leave out the other room during the commotion.
Yes. That tannerite is another that doesn’t fit their narrative. Whatever the plan was, it got messed up hence the concert shootings as a cover up.
.
U-Bet!
His death was necessary cover for the Obama left-overs!
.
Look at the pics of his body in the room. Notice he supposedly fell but his foot is under the tripod which is still standing. Makes no sense. Also, cops automatically kick the weapon away from the bad guy so he can’t grab it. Oops, the supposed suicide weapon is about 18” from him in the picture.
