On Friday a federal judge made public hundreds of pages of court documents that had been filed by the FBI in the days and weeks after the Las Vegas concert shooting.
The judge did so in response to a lawsuit filed by CNN and several media organizations.
On Sunday October 1, 2017, Stephen Paddock opened fire on concertgoers at the Route 91 Harvest music festival in Las Vegas, Nevada.
The shooting left 58 dead and another 546 injured in the deadliest mass shooting by an individual in US history.
Investigative journalist Laura Loomer posted a page from the report on Twitter.
According to the federal document — “Subject offenses have been committed by Stephen Paddock, Mary Lou Danley, and others yet unknown.”
The document also explains that there was “probable cause” and cited the following violations A through D:
a. Destruction/Damage of Aircraft or Aircraft Facilities – 18 U.S.C.A. 32(a);
b. – Violence at International Airport – 18 U.S.C. and
c. Unlawful Interstate Transport/Delivery of Firearms by Non Federal Firearms Licensee 18 U.S.C. 922(a)(3) and
d. Aiding and Abetting 13 U.S.C. 2.

I never believed the Paddock was the shooter..he was the fall guy..and Las Vegas police have been covering this whole thing up from the beginning
You’re probably right. But how did the real multiple shooters get out? That’s a mystery.
Basically the theory was they were there to whack the Saudi Prince. He wasn’t around, so they shot up the concert as a distraction.
One thing I wonder about, if it was me, I would have every mag loaded and ready to go. There would be no sporadic shooting.
Also read somewhere he had tannerite in his car, but was on the wrong side of the bldg. I would have parked it next to the av. gas.

That was one of my first thoughts when the shooting occured -look for different weapons used which were not in his possession when the shooting occurred, which would indicate another shooter. - Tom
How much gun residue on the shooter? He had to be covered shooting that many rounds! I come back from the range shooting 30 rounds and my hand is visibly blackened with powder. Where is our FBI CSI specialists? Need pictures of his hands!

The official story was ludicrous, and you were completely right to question it. I noticed at the time that the trolls were out in force telling us to trust the government.
The story hasn’t got better with time. Endless edits and elaborations. And the statement that the hotel had no CCTV in the corridor of that floor. Such rubbish. No one goes anywhere in those big hotels without being seen in security footage.

If they got 10+ weapons into that room unseen, what are the odds they got a .300 caliber sniper rifle out unseen.
The whole story of the security guard is beyond bizarre. I think he was involved or paid off.
I suspect this was a cover for an assassination of someone who flew into McCarron International. They shot him and he was whisked out of the country before they knew he had been shot.

I kept a copy, but can’t post it. Do you still think that was a reasonable explanation?
NEVER REPORTED. No word about it in the autopsy. I concur the accused was the first victim. There has been NO proof presented that he was the shooter. And folks I talked to on the ground in Vegas agree.
The shooting was all Saudis.
More people need to look at this angle. The arrested prince owned the top 4 floors of the Mandolay Bay. I think it was an attempt to kill the new Saudi prince. The one working with DJT.
