You got lucky. The bitter cold didn’t go that far south. It’s UGLY here now and the wind hasn’t laid down. I’ve only been outside once, to toss cat food cans in the trash. That was enough!

If this had been summertime, we’d have been cussing that the system petered out before it reached us. That’s what happens all too often and we miss out on rain. Today, The Curse was a blessing .... no ice or snow. But it hammered west and north TN.

It’s pouring rain now and the snow is just STEAMING away into a dense fog. It looks like an old horror film out there!

Expecting more snow next week, so I’m glad this last bunch is melting away before the next onslaught.
