Theres been a huge development in the ongoing struggle to protect the Dreamers, the beneficiaries whose immigration status is protected under DACA.
U.S. District Judge William Alsup of in San Francisco just issued an injunction blocking the Trump Administration from ending the program as it announced it would do in September.

Well, there's that pesky little fact that all President Trump has to do to end DACA is NOT RENEW IT.
If the president does nothing at all, DACA ends.
This blogsite is viciously anti-Trump
“Federal judge just delivered a deadly blow”
About as deadly as the other 9th circus rulings that have been bitch-slapped by the SCOTUS. Yawn.
“Dont think he timing is conicidental either...”
I know exactly what this is. This comes in response to Trumps meeting today with members of congress. Remember that Trump has given them until some time in March. This is the liberal left trying to take away Trumps leverage.
Gosh what a surprise! The democrats found a far left wing federal judge in California to rule in their favor. Who could have seen that coming?
Off to the 9th Circuit where a whole gaggle of left wing judges will affirm and then on to the Supreme Court where they will finally slap them down until ne time
The democrats keep foaming at the mouth to start impeachment proceedings against Trump. Why the hell aren’t the house republicans already drafting articles of impeachment against far left wing judges that REFUSE TO FOLLOW THE LAW?
How can they do this? This was an executive order, not a law. A President can rescind any executive order he wants. This is done so the Democrats don’t have to play ball. They keep DACA and don’t get a wall, end of chain migration, end of visa, etc. This guy is from San Francisco and is a Clinton appointee - no shocker.
So judicial orders govern executive orders now?
Separate but not equal?
What a farce.
The president should issue an executive order commanding the judge to go f*ck himself, then enforce it with the marines.
Overturned by next week...
Judge cannot make his own findings she there are competing position litigating...
Oops, forgot to mention that it probably won’t matter in the end, we will have the “Bill of Love” law passed by Congress that will supersede DACA.

Yeah I notice now it’s a dumb blog site. It’s likely as dumb as the 9th Circus who gets overturned almost as fast as the sun rises everyday.
Another anti-American “judge” who needs to be thrown out on his ass and forced to get a REAL job.
Yawn....
Unbelievable!!
Tuesday, President Trump even acknowledged that Obummer had Unconstitutionally bypassed Congress to create DACA!!
What this abominable ruling does is effectively nullify President Trump’s entire epic and historical bipartisan meeting yesterday at the White House.
The only good thing is that the RATS now won’t have DACA to hold over President Trump’s head as leverage.
Therefore, hopefully, President Trump can ratchet up his demands for sweeping immigration reform and funding for the Wall.
The Judge is a Clinton appointee FWIW.
I am worn out by this judicial crap. Wake me when the shooting starts.
That's totally constitutional. It isn't a regulation, it is the exercise of discretionary powers. I'm half tempted to dig up the ruling as I'm sure it'd be a gas to read their reasoning as to why the President must do as the judge dictates.
Personally, I'd love for SCOTUS to just show up en mass and sit in the gallery while arguments are made over the appeal so they can deliver their overturn of the 9th’s overreach in person.
How many divisions does he have?
This should force to Supreme Court.
Sounds creepily like Yeb!
