According to information provided to The Daily Caller, today Chairman Devin Nunes received the FISA Application and Steele Dossier documentation from Asst. AG Rod Rosenstein and FBI Director Christopher Wray. This includes the critical FD-302’s and FD-1023’s that relate to interviews with Christopher Steele and his Russian Dossier.

The Steele Dossier 302’s and 1023’s will identify people involved on both sides; the informants (sources) and the DOJ/FBI personnel in contact with the sources. This is a critical part of the investigative material needed around the DOJ (National Security Division) and FBI (Counterintelligence Division) likely use of the Steele Dossier in the FISA application.
According to the Daily Caller information Nunes also gained the documents underlying the critically interesting DOJ/FBI FISA Application.
In addition, if the Nunes information request is filled as outlined in his letter (reminder below), the Chairman either has, or soon will have, the complete set of 9,500 text messages between Counterintelligence agent Peter Strzok and FBI lawyer Lisa Page.

But the idiots trying to excuse the behavior, or worse yet they accuse those wanting accountability of “supporting the BLM protestors”, they irritate me to no end.
And in DC, nobody uses the restrooms without kickbacks, bribes, and a sex scandal during lunchbreak.
Alfred Hitchcock had a short essay about “suspense” during his school days.
Apparently he’d been rather bad, and the teacher caught him.
He knew he’d get a ruler knuckle rapping, but it didn’t happen immediately.
So he went the whole day dreading when it would inevitably come.
He said that was how he learned about “suspense”.
The reckless manner in which the DOJ and FBI has been acting let’s hope that these documents are genuine.
Lots of differences between a state level prosecution and federal. One of the major ones being, how Informants are handled.
On the State level, Informants can, sometimes, maintain their anonymity.
On the Federal level, not so much. They will be forced to testify and all secrecy around them, disappears. It’s going to be very interesting to find out the names in those files. Which then opens all of them up to investigation and cross examination, that could potentially open up another can of worms.
Lord help any of them, if they get caught lying to the Feds, concerning this witch hunt against the President.
FBI = Famous But Incompetent
I have noticed that Lindsay Graham is making himself very visible lately. I heard him say yesterday that the Trump campaign did have connections to the Russians. And he said that a special prosecutor should be appointed to investigate the Justice Department.
Was the statement about the Trump campaign’s connection to Russians just something he used to get his statement about a special prosecutor across, or vice versa?
Then he mentioned his heart’s desire: immigration, as in amnesty.
Maybe Linda is worried about something coming down about him with all the release of Justice Department info.

I no longer trust the corrupted DOJ and FBI. All FBI and DOJ staff that are interviewed by Nunes’ committee need to be asked, UNDER OATH, whether any investigative documents or Form 302s have been destroyed. Their under oath answers may come in handy later.
How do they know for sure that they turned them all over??
Lindsey Graham is not and was not a member of the gang of eight. Any briefing he got on it was probably Pillow talk with McCain.
Besides what does connections mean? The only legal jeopardy is in accepting campaign donations in cash or in kind. Not having business contacts or not one off meetings with a Lawyer who hadn’t divulged who she was representing and not even one having a political some political context.
I Imagine we’re going to hear a lot about McCain involvement and more denials from Samantha Powers on FISA application submissions.

I think the one FD-302 they let eyes only on has more to do with who and not what was in it.
Well, they’ll at least turn over all the FISA documents because that will be easy to find out. FD-302s I imagine get ‘misfiled’ all the time.
What’s funny is if there is any wrongdoing and criminal referrals will be to the FBI and DOJ. If I was Trump I would have a long serious talk with Treasury Secretary and the director of the Secret Service.

The Trump campaign had no connections to Russians. Just goes to show the duplicity that governs Graham.
As of this date, no one has stepped forward and explained how the Russians held the secret to managing, dominating, commanding, and controlling an American presidential election.
No wonder the Dems tied to get rid of Nunes.
All blank pages due to redactions, I expect. I think it was Jim Jordan on a Fox interview who held up a sample of the docs they’ve been getting. A header, then total white space. Not even black-outs. Blank.
