Cataclysmic is a bit of an overstatement. But I’m not a fan of Sessions marijuana crusade while we have a lot bigger fish to fry.
The Washington Times...never mind.
Mr. StonED is obviously a strong supporter of the “high” lifestyle, and doesn’t want the party to end.
I generally support updating our drug laws, but that’s a job for the legislative branch not the executive branch.
Amazed by the number of lawmakers who don’t want the government to enforce the law as it is written rather than change the law to create the desired effect.
Rolling back obama policies means enforcing the law.
This is not hard. If we needed a constitutional amendment to criminalize booze we need one to criminalize drugs on a federal basis. This stuff should always have been left to the states. That said, no federal judge is going call the law anything other than a tax (remind you of Obamacare?). So if we want to change the law have the Congress repeal it. If not, it’s still unconstitutional, but no judge will give you break. You got that? You don’t matter - you are not a member of the entitled oligarchy. They can break federal laws at will and will not be prosecuted (and I’m talking about you Killary and BillJeff). Normals on the other hand will go to jail if busted. Google up Kristian Saucier if you haven’t heard the name. OK? You do not own your body. The feds do. That’s it folks, in a nutshell.
More like a stupid mistake, not cataclysmic because nothing will change
I wish these people were as dedicated to restoring liberty as they seem to be for this.
Whatever you wanna be Elliot LESS.

The percentage of the population that has partaken of cannabis is a good bit more than the part that hasn't! Those that have know it's not an evil poisonous killer drug that turns you into a reefer madness cartoon killer!
If the populace were free to grow their own it would significantly erode the CIA and Pharma's drug sales!
Tenth Amendment.
SCOTUS could have LOTS of fun if they agree to hear this one.
As a matter of fact, who, besides the liquor industry and the drug cartels really worry about the legality of weed?
The hammer needs to drop on the illegal grows that are massively impacting communities and the environment. Dope smoking is most certainly not a “victim less crime”.
Did Sessions make a deal with El Chapo?
Sessions is putting it back where it belongs - the Congress can either change the laws or accept that laws have consequences - they cannot blithely allow them to stand and be ignored for political convenience.
Marijuana is a drug.
You want your kids on this stuff. Wise up....cuz they're the target.
He handed the Dems a whopper get out the young vote.... the young vote when dole is an issue
Never thought Id see the day a Southerner would be against states rights. I guess Soros got to Jeff.
President Trump and his AG people need to start writing memos. Voter ID: States rights! Housing laws, ADA compliance requirements: States rights! Protected classes: States rights! Minority exceptions: States rights! Civil rights complaints: States rights! etc...etc...
The AG and FBI are overworked and underpaid...give them a break...they have bigger fish to fry!
