Former President Barack Obama’s ambassador to the United Nations has testified that others made so-called unmasking requests in her name, House Oversight Committee Chairman Trey Gowdy said Tuesday.
“Her testimony is they may be under my name, but I did not make those requests,” Gowdy said of former Ambassador Samantha Power during an interview with Fox News’ Bret Baier on "Special Report with Bret Baier."
Power is among the Obama administration figures who made requests to identify Americans whose names surfaced in foreign intelligence reporting, known as unmasking.
Last month, Fox News reported that Power was unmasking at such a rapid pace in the final months of the Obama administration that she averaged more than one request for every working day in 2016 – and even sought information in the days leading up to President Trump’s inauguration.
"I think if she were on your show, she would say those requests to unmask may have been attributed to her, but they greatly exceed by an exponential factor the requests she actually made,” Gowdy said. “So, that's her testimony, and she was pretty emphatic in it...”

They used Samantha Powers as the patsy of record because she was now UN ambassador and could plausibly deny responsibility
All the the other players used her authorization covertly with minimal paper trail so they would not get caught
At the end of the day, there would be lots of illegal unmasking, but no one they could put the finger on and get a conviction . Kind of like hiding in plain sight.
Powers is officially to blame but can proved she was nowhere near the process, except for a few legit trial runs at FISA under powers name to prime the pump, get her name in the system as a legit approval agent and to get control of her authorization credentials
After that, things just happened and everyone is totally mystified at the whole affair
Obama had this scam down to a science and it worked on Fast and Furious, Iran, Muslim Brotherhood, Libya, Syria, Benghazi, Egypt, Israel
And on and on
Then Susan Powers needs to dropping a dime on those who did this.
We need someone in jail so the dominoes will finally start to fall with the squealing.

This whole Obama Administration is one of the worst abusers of Constitutional rights in our history. From the IRS to the urine drenched Russian dossier they used for an illegal FISA warrant to get a duly elected President removed from office. The illegal wiretaps of Americans, this Samantha Powers garbage, Brennan’s CIA spying on the Senate, the NSA spying on everyone. The DNC lapdog media, like Pravda, protects the left and will not cover these atrocities, to the detriment of the nation.
