The Justice Department has opened a new investigation of the Clinton Foundation over “pay to play” allegations during Hilary Clinton’s time as secretary of state, it’s been confirmed by multiple outlets.
The investigation is being led by the U.S. Attorney’s office and the FBI in Little Rock, Arkansas, which is where the Foundation started. That field office has already interviewed one witness in the last month, with more to come in the near future, according to law enforcement officials, reports The Hill.
The officials, who spoke only on condition of anonymity, said the probe is examining whether the Clintons promised or performed any policy favors in return for largesse to their charitable efforts or whether donors made commitments of donations in hopes of securing government outcomes.The probe may also examine whether any tax-exempt assets were converted for personal or political use and whether the Foundation complied with applicable tax laws, the officials said.
One witness recently interviewed by the FBI described the session to The Hill as “extremely professional and unquestionably thorough” and focused on questions about whether donors to Clinton charitable efforts received any favorable treatment from the Obama administration on a policy decision previously highlighted in media reports.
Clinton’s chief spokesman Nick Merrill slammed the reopening of the investigation, calling it “disgraceful” and a political stunt.
"Let’s call this what it is: a sham," Merrill said. "This is a philanthropy that does life-changing work, which Republicans have tried to turn into a political football. It began with a now long-debunked project spearheaded by Steve Bannon during the presidential campaign. It continues with Jeff Sessions doing Trump’s bidding by heeding his calls to meddle with a department that is supposed to function independently."
Craig Minassian, a spokesman for the Foundation, also said the investigation was political but that the organization would continue its work.
“Time after time, the Clinton Foundation has been subjected to politically motivated allegations, and time after time these allegations have been proven false. None of this has made us waver in our mission to help people," Minassian said. "The Clinton Foundation has demonstrably improved the lives of millions of people across America and around the world while earning top ratings from charity watchdog groups in the process."

So the FBI, which was involved in the scam, is investigating the scam. And this is happening in Little Rock, near Bills childhood home and Presidential library.

Remember when a Clinton worker sent an email To Bill or Hillary to talk to Chelsea because she asked for an audit of the foundation that she was causing trouble by doing that.

Obama’s DOJ shut down the Arkansas FBI and US Attorney investigations in Arkansas. There were going after them with great effort.
The Arkansas FBI office is the one they most fear.
The DOJ is supposed to function independently? Says who? Not Trump. Thankfully.
About who is in charge of this investigation, it can't be Jeff Sessions because he specifically recused himself on any Clinton Foundation investigations.
So where does that leave us? It leaves us with Rod Rosenstein, who's wife has done legal work for the Clintons.
Trump needs to remove Rod.
Bill Clinton did not win Arkansas in either of his Presidential races. Lot better chance at an indictment there than in D.C. or New York.

According to investigative author Peter Schweizer, Russian and American companies and individuals involved in the Skolkovo fiasco “had major financial ties to the Clintons.”
Moreover, during the Russian reset period, those entities provided the Clintons with “tens of millions of dollars” in the form of “contributions to the Clinton Foundation, paid for speeches by Bill Clinton, or investments in small start-up companies with deep Clinton ties.” (hat tip frontpagemagazine.com)

Are we so sure at this point that a Grand Jury would be friendly to her. Look at the politics of Arkansas today. Bill might got sympathy, “for old toiled sake”. But no one there likes Hillary.
There is not much needed for the Grand Jury. Just present what is already known. There is no question that Hillary took her propery interest in Bills Russian speaking fees and put that in her pocket and siphoned off $135 million in Uranium One donations to her sham foundation funneled through the Canadian foundation and signed off of a treat to the life of every American citizen by nuclear annihilation from the Russians buying nuclear bomb materials from her.It is clearly bribery. A 10 year old would also indict her and her gang for violation of the espionage act on her sharing state secrets with the Russians. Its jail time for this bitch and there is not much more they need. There should not be any further delay because we are getting close to the statute of limitations and that would be treason to let that run. Indict Hillary, Bill, Chelsea, Humma Weiner, Mills , Sullivan and the others this month!!( and comey for obstruction of justice!!)

REFERENCE-—The Australian newspaper the “Herald Sun” ran an October article entitled, “Why have we donated to Clinton’s foundation?” The paper noted “Former Prime Minister Gillard donated $300 million of our money to the Clinton-affiliated Global Partnership for Education.” That’s one humongous amt of Australian govt money that fell into the hands of the conniving Clintons. The Herald Sun needs to dig deeper-—to determine if any of that money took a circuitous route then landed back into the personal coffers of the donors. Could have happened like this:

A little known Swedish-Canadian oil and mining conglomerate human rights groups have repeatedly charged produces “blood minerals” is among the Clinton Foundation’s biggest donors, thanks to a ($100 million pledge) in 2007, a Daily Caller News Foundation investigation has found.
“Blood minerals” are related to “blood diamonds,” which are allegedly mined in war zones or sold as commodities to help finance political insurgencies or despotic warlords.
When the Vancouver, Canada-based Lundin Group gave its $100 million commitment to the “Clinton Giustra Sustainable Growth Initiative,” the company had long been cutting deals with warlords, Marxist rebels, military strongmen and dictatorships in the war-torn African countries of Congo, Sudan and Ethiopia.
Lundin promoted its reputation as a fierce, hard-driving company. Adolf Lundin, who founded the company, (audaciously traveled) to the French home of Congo dictator Mobutu Sese Seko in 1996 to secure mining rights for his company. A few years later, Lundin admitted he had offered a “donation” to Mobutu’s “elections campaign,” but later said he never gave the funds.
